Carbone's Pizza & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Burnsville

Awesome customer service and real good food. Today a Door Dash driver messed up multiple orders with mine being one of them. When I called the store, the person that answered the phone already knew what was going on, and managed the situation with a sincere apology, and the staff personally delivered the correct order to me. In today's society, we witness a lot of behaviour from people who are at their place of employment to simply collect a paycheck for the least amount of effort they can put in. They feel like they have earned something simply because they got out of bed that morning. Well, the staff at Carbone's is not part of that group of people. They went above and beyond and chose to conducted business by the Golden Rule. They treated me, the same way themselves or anyone else would like to be treated in this situation. They could have easily plaquated me or given me a free meal. Instead, they made sure I received what I asked for, and they did it in a way that created loyalty. I wish I could give zero stars for this experience. I ordered pizza through door dash and was delivered the wrong pizza so I contacted door dash and attempted to call Carbone’s. I wasn’t upset about getting the wrong pizza because I was hoping I could just pick up my original pizza at the Burnsville Carbone’s but I called 8-10 times with no answer over an hour span. I then called again via a different phone number and there was an answer and I explained the situation but the clerk hung up. I called back calmly and tried explained the entire situation and the clerk said she would see if my pizza was still there and when she “went to to look” she hung up again.

Before I got ahold of the Burnsville Carbone’s I called the savage one wondering if maybe my order came from there. This was a great experience! They were very helpful and kind. Burnsville needs to take lessons on...

My husband and I ordered takeout 4/7 and wish we could rate less than 1 star.

The pizza was made incorrectly, normally its not a big deal but I dont eat meat and it had sausage and pepperoni over the entire thing. We promptly called the restaurant when we realized the order was incorrect. We were instructed to return the pizza that was made wrong when we pick up our corrected one. So, we drive 20 extra minutes to return an incorrectly made pizza... then when we get home, its clear our "new" pizza had no sauce on it.

Customer service was short with on the phone after we called to inform them they made the pizza wrong. The waiter only apologized after we were half way out the door. Shocked we didn't get a refund, a coupon... or anything. Clearly you don't care about your customers.

Pretty disappointing. Don't waste your time with this...
