Valley Dairy Restaurant — Restaurant in Burrell Township

Our server was nice but not attentive, was give coffee and water but was never asked if we wanted a refill l, had to stop another server to get a refill. Watched as my order of waffles sat for 10 minutes In the window, while we waited for a well done burger. When are food was brought out to us, the waffle was cold and the burger that was suppose to be plain had tomatoes and lettuce on it, ask to take it back, which was done, waited on are new order of food, a new waffle came out it was nice and hot, but the new burger that came out was not cooked well done, ask for it to be taken off the bill and sent it back. No manager came out to talks with us about the quality of our food or to apologize for our experience. I myself am a General manager at a restaurant and may have hire standards then other managers. I brought this up to the manager about no one coming to apologize, she said I watched you guys looking at us, I said we where looking at the food. She still never apologize. Tried to call many times to place a pick up order, but recording stated that the "wireless caller was not accepting calls at this time". Wanted to place an online order, but can't order from kids or special menu.

Initiated a chat to find out if there was another number and if they could add to the order.

However, I learned that google routes the chats to any location currently online, not necessarily the one you thought you were contacting. Although professional, the agent was of no help at all.

We were in town for a wedding with our 7 kids, 6 spouses, and 32 grandchildren; two hours before you closed, but such simple and mostly duplicate orders. And boxed ice cream too.

Very satisfied with our overall experience! They were dealing with alot tonight 2 other restaurants shutdown that are usually open, so they were busy as all get out. GREAT FOOD,AMAZING SERVICE, EXCELLENT PRICES! Did a WONDERFUL JOB trying to keep up with all the extra customers. HUGE shout out to the waiter Josh and manager Ricardo for how he handled the table next to us that did nothing but complain! They handled the situation very professionally if it were me I would've snapped after the first bull crap time they complained, but god love these 2 they were amazing!
