Burger King — Restaurant in Burrell Township

I ordered on the app at 4:43 in the afternoon and received my food at 6:15 pm. I had given a $3.00 tip on the app for this Doordash guy to drive around for over 2 hours I had to keep trying to call him because I could see on the map that he was two towns past mine. When I finally got him he said that Doordash said I was in that town. I told him it shouldn’t have mattered if he had followed the very specific directions I provided. On top of that he didn’t even have an insulated bag, so everything was ice cold. Also, there were no ketchup packets included even though I requested 3 of them. It even listed them on the print out taped to the order. And it’s not the first time that happened. Every time I order food on the app I have requested ketchup and I have never received any. Why have the feature on the app if you’re just going to ignore it? In my opinion, this is the worst Burger...

Waited 20 minutes for my food because it took them 10 minutes to take my order from the drive-thru when I was the only person in line and then another 10 plus minutes to actually get my food. The guy at the window was pretty rude. Definitely disappointing. I wish I could leave negative stars for a third time in a row in this location in 3 months about a month apart. My order is screwed up yet again. Had to wait 10 minutes while four other people got through line. Got their food and left to get my order wrong again. Obviously the owner doesn't care and Lord knows if this is how bad they're messing it up. How clean and safe the food really is. This will be my last Time ever and I'd recommend...

I absolutely LOVE Burger King BUT not this one. The only reason I go back is because it is cheap. Almost every. single. time. I go the order is right on the screen, but when I get my food, something about it is wrong. -They either forgot to put something in my bag. -They gave me something that I wasn't supposed to get (which believe me I love getting free food, but when the food that I got for free makes one of my kids unhappy because they ended up not getting what they wanted, I don't love it.) -My food is cold when I get it.
