Verizon — Local services in Burrell Township

Stopped into the Verizon store Blairsville to get a new phone. I really didn't want to give up on my Samsung Note 10, I absolutely loved the phone but 4G is becoming obsolete and it is starting to show. How do we become so attached to a piece of technology? I was feeling depressed. The feeling took me back to my first flip phone; weren't we cool? Turning in my purple beeper for a genuine flip phone was life altering. I digress.

Hayden the trusty phone therapist came to the rescue and talked me down off my ledge of grief. He educated me not only on Verizon and my plan vs a new plan, he also pointed me in the right direction on a phone that was comparable yet an upgrade to my Note 10. Hayden provided excellent customer service and he is extremely knowledgeable. He ensured that everything was transferred from my old phone to my new phone. Robert, another Verizon representative jumped in and assisted to set my phone up with a screen protector. What a great TEAM! Leaving the store, I felt better about my decision to trade in my loved note and couldn't wait to try out this new phone camera on my holiday vacation. Me and my family have dealt with Heather Bash exclusively for a reason for the past several years. Heather is not only knowledgeable and efficient at her job, but she has gone above and beyond her call of duty to help us with all our needs. I can think of several times we have gone into the store and she has stayed past her normal work hours to make sure we had what we needed and were thoroughly satisfied. Heather is not an average employee, but an over the top asset to this company and I hope she is treated as such, she deserves it !!! I am responding to several instances I've witmessed at the verizon store in blairsville. My friend and myself visit there when we have troubles or need assistance and our services has been nothing but out of this world when it comes to curtiousy, and everything. Heather and Scott presents themselves well and speaks with tone of voice that makes ya comfortable and never makes us feel that we are dumb be coz of knowing little of our phones. My friend and I are appalled by some peoples attitude and temperament of the way they treat your verizon reps and the reviews they give them when some bring in products that doesn't even deal with cell phones or just not listening to what they are told and some people are doing other things when being explained by your reps.
