Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Burton

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. After nicely ordering 2 french vanilla cappuccino's,1 medium Hot chocolate and 1 Large caramel latte' supreme and 1 10 pk. Of timbits .Mixed with no blueberry... I recieved 1 medium french vanilla latte,1 large hot chocolate and 1 small hot chocolate and a medium caramel latte . After receiving these drinks through the window all incorrect, I proceed to ask the gentleman for my 10 pk. Of timbits as he tells me those arent mine and I wasnt charged for them. I then proceed to pay for them again as he reaches over and grabs that very same 10 pk. Of timbits that magically became mine bc I paid twice. I tried to correct the gentleman at the winodw on my drinks also reminding him I was never given a receipt and he claimed he didnt even know what I ordered. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do. I arrived back to work with drinks that were not marked and not one of them was correct. I called to speak to the manager only to find out the gentleman at the window IS the manager. This man claims that I sped away too fast (On icy slippery snow and icy pavement, I think NOT) I could barely get traction let alone speed anywhere. I gave my phone number, name and other info and was told I would receive a replacement the next day.... Thursday , January 31st 2019 I was told I had to explain exactly what was wrong with my order and what would I like done. The gentleman was nice enough to replace my drinks and timbits however claims he couldnt do anything about being overcharged for timbits I did NOT receive. I will let every patient that comes through my office at work to NOT give business to that Tim Hortons as it seems they cant do their job and over charge for things u did...

I'm so tired of this place...My wife , my daughters , my son and myself have been supporting these Indians for years..And one thing for sure , they don't care about customer satisfaction..every now and then if the girl named Kim is there I will order spinich egg bites and she will make them right , ..the owners daughter is the worst , she gave me 2 egg whites and when I mean you could throw these things and put someone's eye out..HORRIBLE EVERYTIME THE OWNERS DAUGHTER MAKES THEM...And she got so angry at me on the phone she said "well if I were you I wouldn't order them anymore" WOW...SHE BASICALLY THREW MY MONEY BACK AT ME ..and I haven't been back since...also , when you order the Tim Bits , check you box...if you order 20 there will only be 17 in there , the 10 pack will only get you 8...she's a thief and they pride themselves on being that way...I already explained to a cousin of mine who is employed with our news stations and we're going to make sure everyone knows...

This is the closest Tim Hortons to where I live which makes it hard because I love Tim Hortons. This location though I will not go to anymore, they didn’t understand to add decaf coffee in an ice Capp when my boyfriend asked them if decaf was in it they took the Capp back and gave him a hot coffee which according to my boyfriend tasted horrible. Then every time I have gone and gotten a breakfast sandwich the meat and egg have been cold and I’ve had to heat it up at home or not eat it period. I get blueberry bagels all the time because it’s my pregnancy craving and the bagel is toasted but is cold so not sure if this is sitting out and they grab it from the shelf or what but they don’t know what they are doing. I’m done giving this location business and will use my time to go to Davison because they know how to do...
