Subway — Restaurant in Burton

Horrible store. Horrible employees. Horrible management. Whenever the employees were that worked on December 29th around 4:30 are horrible. Sat and waited for 15 minutes while seeing my food was sitting there ready getting cold, but I have patients and let other people get their food. My turn to go up to the counter and the old attitude filled lady just wanted to skip over me. So I raised my hand and said can I get my pickup please. Then instantly got attitude from the old Hag. The other male short syndrome fellow wanted to yell at me to get my coke out of the fridge, but guess what??? There was no coke in the fridge. I’ll happily go over the counter at an employee that wants to raise his voice at me. If you don’t your job, do better in life. Management is also a problem obviously, they never have enough employees to make it so you don’t have to wait a minimum for 20 minutes to get your food. If you go to Grand Blanc they’ll have your food ready to go...

Normally have a great experience, just not this time around. Food was ordered and apparently when u ask for Italian dressing if they arent happy for the day they will soak your whole sandwich making it un-edible. I called to make them aware of the problem and the lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Called back claiming her phone cut out. I showed up to show her how soaked my sandwich was and she literally swiped my sandwich off the counter onto the floor . Was rude the entire time of remaking my sandwich right down to slamming my sandwich on the counter at me when finished. I will not forget her service nor will she get ny business again. I gave this place a 3 I went inside just to grade them they didn't know I was coming they had no idea I was there to grade them them it's a pandemic in their restaurant was clean mind you the workers were snooty and they have their pork mixed with the non pork products and I bet you guys didn't know most of their meat contains pork so it's contaminate in everything I didn't fill out your application you don't have to be so snooty but each has their own they still have good subs I recommend the roasted chicken with spinach onion and bell pepper with American cheese on wheat bread toast of course with honey mustard.
