I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Wendy's delivery that I order through Wendy’s site and assign to DoorDash. The support line sends you to Wendy’s and not DoorDash. Here's a rundown of what went wrong:
Cold Food: Despite ordering at 10:50 PM, the driver took around 20 minutes to deliver, and the food arrived cold nearly an hour later. Missing Items: Both a burger and meal items were missing from the order. Additionally, there were no sauce condiments included, despite the receipt clearly indicating what the order was intended to be. Melted Frosty: The Frosty I ordered was completely melted by the time it arrived. Cheese Fries and saucy nuggs Issue: There was no cheese or extra cheese as noted on the cheese fries. Sauce was limited on nuggs or non existent. Poor Drink Quality: The drink was watered down and filled with melted ice.
When I contacted Wendy’s customer service to address these issues, I was met with a lack of support. The representative I spoke to was unhelpful and even got irritated I was calling and when I waited in line for a brief survey at the end of the call, I was told by the support rep that there was no survey for me to fill out, despite indications otherwise. He stated the survey was for him to fill out and that I could hang up.
To make matters worse, the prices have increased while the quality of the food, support, and overall experience has significantly decreased. There is a clear lack of management and quality control. Wendy's needs to implement stricter quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and food remains its priority. Additionally, improving the training of customer service representatives to provide better support and follow through would go a long way in resolving these issues.

They literally served everyone's food to them who came after us and ignored the twins when they tried to ask why they never got theirs. Helped a group of white kids who ordered the same thing AFTER us and made the twins wait for theirs. Smh I am so glad that I didn't order food for myself here. I'd have gotten my money back and left but the twins had their heart set on Wendy's and asked to stay. 😡 I am so annoyed with these people. I pointed out to them they need to clean their facility and that it's not sanitary and once I did most of their line left. Lol They looked at the grossness and said eww bye! The lady who was acting manager agreed it needs cleaned. Then what is she waiting for? 🤦♀️ She sent an employee home while we were there that one could have been cleaning instead! When my twins did get their food the fries were cold and the one fry box literally had three fries in it. He was so upset I thought he was going to cry. I told him take it back up and tell them that's not going to work! The sugar cookie we bought was rock hard and burnt. When my daughter asked for one that wasn't burnt and rock hard they rolled their eyes and gave her another one that was also rock hard. We could have used it for a stepping stone. Lol my son said he'd chip his tooth if he ate it. Ha .. anyhow I will never spend another cent in this place. I would never recommend it to anyone. My twins after their got their food couldn't even eat in the dining room because the flies buzzing around kept landing on them and the table. Read moreI just had what was probably the WORST service I've ever had at any restaurant or fast food establishment before, and it was the MANAGER who caused the issue! The rest of the staff was very friendly, helpful and on the ball. I ordered a sandwich and didn't realize that it doesn't come with bacon, so I went back inside thinking my order was wrong and politely asked the lady up front. She apologized & checked with the cook who verified that the sandwich was made correctly & apologized again. Just as she came back up to hand me my sandwich back (yes they took it from me, opened it, and th3n gave it back), the manager came around the corner by the fry station & very rudely told me that sandwich doesn't come with bacon anymore. I said ok thanks its not updated on the app so I didn't know. She said that's your fault, the sandwich was made correctly and walked away. I asked the front counter lady the managers name & the manager came back again & very rudely said you don't need to know my name, you can leave & have a good day though. Very RUDE!!!! She was not sincerely telling me to have a good day! Even thr other employees had facial expressions showing their disbelief of the managers horrendous attitude! She needs to be fired!
