Burger King — Restaurant in Butler Township

Stopped by yesterday afternoon and knew exactly what I wanted. Started out telling the Girl "This order is to go." Ordered Five Chicken Strips, and then two Double Cheese. Then she said is the Chicken Strips a meal? We were past that, way past that ... but I said No. Then I asked if they had Sweet Potato Fries. Some Burger King have that item. The girl said No, so I said, OK then give me one Large Fry. Then the Girl asked is this order to go? Well, I started the whole order saying it was to go. Order price was steep ... I sort of wondered why.

Then the Girl gave me a big cup for my Large Coke. I did not order a large Coke. So, she had to get the Manager because she could not handle the transaction. The Manager said, "So, you don't want the Coke?" To which I said I never ordered a Coke.

So he redid the order. I thought I better look at the receipts since this was done on a Credit Card. When I noticed there was no Large Fry.

I told the different Girl who brought the food that I ordered a large fry and it was not on the receipt ... she gave me one .. did not charge me. I told her that the girl that took my order was not paying attention. Both girls heard the comment and laughed as apparently my comment was pretty funny. I made it out of deference to them instead of to the Manager.

The Girl not only did not pay attention but made two mistakes on a simple order. And then could not fix them without a Manager.

I spent a working career trying to make things go right .... and it seems these days people don't even understand the concept. It's OK ... you...

I have to give one star to leave a comment I work at Burger King, not this one, thankfully!! So I walk in cause I want all my stuff fresh off The broiler, off the fryer, I'm willing to wait, I was polite, I told them thank you dozen times, I told them I work at Burger King too, not trying to make your job hard, real nice as could be you know bring it home completely messed up everything😡😡😠😠🤬🤬🤬 So I call, takes almost 15 minutes for someone to answer, and they say "Can u bring it ALL back and we'll make it fresh?" Ummmm..... Isn't that what I asked for in the first place and waited patiently, made sure I ordered everything perfect, only to do it twice??!!!!???!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬WTF They won't credit me, have to "Get Back To Me".... I'm not holding my breath!!! In fact even when they made my daughter's milkshake, asked for 'No Whipped topping and flat lid, please and thank you' what I get? Yup u guessed it, the exact opposite! And the young girl( no name tage, about 16-18yrs old) looks dumbfoundead at me and looks down at my receipt sighs and wants me to take that shake anyhow she doesn't want to have to make a new one!! R u kidding me??? Like WOW!!!! 😅😅 U making new one like I ordered....... Needless to say even the sandwiches look horrible!!! I am embarrassed to say I work for Burger King at this moment but thankfully mine would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER do or act like those...

Had to change my review from outstanding to I will not be back! Unfortunate

4/24/24 I go here often never have I ever had any issues. Tonight is the exception. Placed my order drive to the window for pick up I'm handed a small coke, ok, no problem sorry I ordered a med. Meal. They give me the medium, then I'm handed my food. Great. I'm sorry I need my med. Ice tea. I was told I didn't order one. mind you I ordered 2 meals. I show the obviously new employee my receipt so he gives me my tea long story short the manager on duty needs retraining and also needs to learn how to speak to people she obviously had new people working the drive thru that had no clue how to read the orders. She was very rude and I probably will not be back. Very unfortunate as I drive out of my way to go to this location. The people here are usually very nice and courteous. I've never seen her before and hope to never encounter...
