It's amazing how all of these Subways stay open. When I walked in, an employee slowly made his way over to the register, was forced to remove his earbuds, and began asking what I wanted. First he asked what kind of bread, then what kind of sandwich, then what kind of cheese. He asked all of this while painfully slowly putting on gloves and putting his music on hiatus. I knew he'd forget what I ordered, and he did. In typical Subway employee fashion, he slowly trudged his way through making the sandwich, and didn't say anything when the transaction was complete.
I realized I needed a napkin, yet knew this could pose a challenge. By now the slow employee was acting as if he was cleaning the restaurant while he listened to his tunes. I asked him for a napkin. He ignored me. I then turned around and waited at the empty counter. Nothing. Then I yelled to the back hoping someone might hear. Nothing. Next I screamed very loudly, which got the attention of a baffled employee, who slowly made her way to the counter. I asked for a fifth time for a simple napkin, and she gave me plenty. She said not a word. I told her that the idiot in the front was listening to music while she was painting her nails, and thus neither seemed to hear me. Read moreI have been coming to this location for several months now and never had an issue up until a week ago, normally my sandwiches are made great taste great look great, 1 week ago ordered online sandwiches were made terribly and my Flatbread was burnt several spots, My girl went in to speak to a mngr and there wasn't one available and the employee was very rude to her, I went in the next day and the assistant mngr was appalled at the quality I received after I showed him the picture of my orders my order was remade and to my satisfaction , I went back Monday night and a different employee working took care of me even being the end of the night, I ordered online again last night and once again my order was of poor quality,The same employee that messed up my order a week prior was working i never got a receipt in my bag and my girl went back to get a receipt and speak to a mngr and no mngr available, the employee was very rude again refused to give her a receipt and after her demanding a receipt he finally gave her the store receipt copy, I went in today to speak to a mngr and the same employee was working with no mngr available, after telling the employee he fd my order I said I will he back tomorrow and as walking out the door the employee said I didn't mess up your order a$#hole, very good customer service from...

Well even though every other subway has only charged me for the food I order (chicken patty and cheese x2) this subway near the "stinkplant" (sewer authority) wanted to charge me for a footlong or a salad. They must count the salad plates there... well just because an employee steals from there or gives away free food, I shouldn't have to pay for bread and vegetables that I am not getting. Companies need to have Ala cart prices this girl said they didn't even have a button for it yet this is the first subway that ever charged me for a sandwich when I didn't get a sandwich
