Panda World — Restaurant in Butler

amazing food. honestly i think its the best in the area! the ONLY problem i have is with one delivery guy. idk his name but hes clearly an older white man maybe in his mid 50s. he was extremely rude when he came to the door. i understand its very busy on friday, but that was really no excuse for the rude commentary. i couldnt tip much and i felt terrible enough as it is. so when i hand him the money he says in monotone, "Wow! thanks for that i guess!" then he storms away. I ended up calling the store and told them what had happened and the person who answered did apologize but i highly doubt theyll even reprimand him because hes been a delivery driver for them awhile. hes been rude to us before as well. one incident with my partner happened exactly two months ago. the same delivery guy was carrying a tazer on his hip..... he went to grab it and ended up tazing himself. im not sure if he meant to taze my partner, but thats extremely dangerous to carry around as a deliver driver! he still had the same tazer on his hip today. he just didnt touch it this time. needless to say, i wont be ordering from here anymore. i love the food, but im sorry; im not gonna risk my safty by possibly being tazed or risk my mental well being by being insulted for not tipping alot for $20.15 order. they need to...

Man, this was our first time ordering from here. We live in a nearby town and the Chinese food is just really not great here, however I’m happy that we found Panda world in Butler. The food is very good. I especially enjoy the crab rangoon and fried dumplings. I had it delivered so I can’t comment on the atmosphere but the food was excellent and I used Uber eats since we live about 15 minutes away. Delivery was quick, food was priced well, cooked well, and tastes great. I ordered delivery large Shrimp & Broccoli order of chicken wings & fries which came up to 30.12 I was asked if I wanted to tip the driver I did 5$ making my total 35.12 upon receiving my order there were no utensils or condiments I called the store and informed them of their error. I was told I had to request a fork and condiments which I was not pleased with. Because I was asked if I wanted to tip before being asked if I needed utensils,i was told they never put those items in the bag at night I placed my order at 3:40pm which was late afternoon.Food Great Service...
