After several weeks of being told ' It's not ready', finally got the call that it was! Was told that a diamond had fallen out while being worked on, and he had replaced it with a better stone. He explained that he was in a hurry and didn't have time to call for approval, and the price was now $1600. Took my wedding ring to this place to get my sapphire put back in that fell out and he had it for a couple weeks. I got it back and I didnt even have it on and my middle sapphire fell out again. Went back to the store to get my money back and he was extremely rude, said he "guaranteed" his work and I should have brought the ring back to him.
