My woman took her Dell bc it was randomly powering down and up on its own. First, they replaced the power supply. Not with one that was ordered, but with one they had laying around. So, that was a lil' shady. They said it was repaired. It wasn't. Brought it back for the same reason, they claimed it was the motherboard and that they replaced it, claimed it was resolved. It wasn't. We got back to our home state, took it to someone and they claimed it was the motherboard that is the issue and doubted, by the looks and behavior of it, that it was replaced by Atadata. She got charged for it, though. They also left a log-in and folder on it. The person testing it back home said his equipment was being attacked any time he tried to do anything. Shady af. Take your business to Atadata at your own risk.
