I really hate being the guy to write such a salty review of a place like McDonalds because I'm likely imagined to be the "I want to speak to your manager" woman but I can promise you I'm not. I'm just a guy who wants a Number 11 Breakfast Burrito Meal with a small one cream one sugar coffee and hot sauce. Simple. And because I go past this McDonalds on my way to work I stop in there once every week or so to pick up breakfast. But somehow that is the most complex order ever created because I /never/ get the order right or its been sitting on the counter for 45 minutes. And I don't mean never in hyperbole. I roll up to the drive through and mentally prepare myself to get something hopefully similar to what I ordered. Sometimes I'll get two (charged for) coffees sometimes I'll get none. Or they'll forget to put the burritos in the bag. Or I'll get a fist full of hot sauce packets. And the worst part of the review is that the staff is soooooo pleasant and always in a good mood when I go in there but spending $100+ a month in a fast food place I hope my meal will be even remotely correct. Its gotten to the point where a coworker and I ask what the other persons order looked like when we get into work in the morning. Its a running joke. Every single person I've talked to about the Byram McDonalds confirms how I feel about it. After giving me a "burrito" today that wasn't even wrapped, just folded over itself once taco style, I don't think I'll be going back there for a good long while and just start making breakfast at home which tbh is probably a more healthy...
Read moreIt’s funny the review asks what I ordered. The service was so terrible and one of the young female workers was so rude, I didn’t even get to order my food. Saw the drive thru line was 6-7 cars long so I figured I’d go inside myself to get better quicker service since I had just worked for 12 hours and was tired and hungry. Tried ordering on the kiosk but it didn’t take my coupon code so I waited in an empty store to be helped by any worker.
I made eye contact with this worker who told me “Hey ma’am can you use the kiosk because there’s no one here who can take you.” I told her I have a deal I want to use on my app that the kiosk isn’t taking and she told me I have to just scan it. Which I knew didn’t work either. She then proceeded to complain about customers she was handling in the drive thru being rude and complaining about having to run out to give them their order after just literally denying a customer (me) service. Which I could’ve been in the drive thru as well.
I then tried using the kiosk two more times with my coupon not working and left. The atmosphere and customer service was so terrible I couldn’t even stand being in there. She does not know how to do her job in customer service and should not be handling customers. If you see a thinner young woman with long brown hair tied back, avoid her. She is rude. If she is the manager then that’s even worse. I’ve worked at a fast food chain before and do not usually complain. But that was...
Read moreBest McDonald’s in the area!! I found some coupons and they let me combine a few which was most likely a pain in the butt separating orders but Stephanie was very nice and asked me to pull up and order at the window so she could figure out the best way to use them all. Great customer service! Then Stephanie asked me to pull up to wait for my fresh food. That seemed worth it to me I was in no hurry what so ever. My food was brought out by Chloe she was so apologetic about the wait, the wait I had no problems with!! I needed to add fries to my order so I let her know my order was a little involved and that I forgot to make sure I was getting fries. I gave her money so she could charge me and she insisted on getting her manager to get me free fries! I was totally content waiting and paying she was so worried I was the slightest bit unhappy! Lastly Nicole the manager brings out a big order of large fries and dessert and to my surprise my money!! These three lovely ladies made my night!!!...
