Bojangles — Restaurant in Byram

This was my first visit to the Byram location. The customer service and food far exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in a guy greeted me saying "Welcome to Bojangles". It was lunch time so there was the typical lunch rush. There was a young man on the register who was having some challenge keeping up. It was great to see his female coworker walk out from behind the counter to take out orders, have them prepared at the counter, and advise him how and what to enter. Great team work. I ordered the bo bites. They were hot and tasty. The mac and cheese was good. I might try another side next time. I enjoyed the biscuit. I dined in and the same guy who welcomed me (probably the manager) came around and asked customers how their food was. It was a good experience and I will be back. Saw ADS for this place on YouTube.So I thought I'd give it a try. The wait while they made it was too long & that's the reason I don't go to Popeyes very often & the wait at Popeyes is just as long. I had a 4 price tender meal with an Arnald Palmer & fries. The fries were good but a little soggy. I like how they were thick cut. I'll give the fris 7 out of 10. The Arnaud palmer was slightly too sweet so 6 out of 10. I had the hunt mustard dipping sauce which was over seasoned 4 out of 10. The basket was the best part 9 out of 10. My second drive through visit. I was greeted by a very condescending female. Once I reached the pickup window I asked for that person name,. The name Katy, (black female with locs, medium complexion) was given. She had a rude and condescending attitude, refused to answer my menu board questions, filled my order with her choice of sides in a rush tone. Mind you, its approximately 6:30pm, the first and only one in line. Unlike Raising Canes line surrounding the building.
