THE SHIFT MANAGER CALLED THE BYRAN POLICE ON US!

The Popeyes # 3283 in Byram Ms, 5583 I 55 S, is the worst Popeyes we’ve ever visited! You never know what you might get at this location, undercooked chicken, old chicken, unskilled management with a nasty attitude, no leadership ethics, and the list goes on and on! On May 7, 2024, my husband and I ordered a 10-pc mild chicken Family meal, to eat there. We told the shift manager that we wanted everything fresh and that she should advise the cook not to pour the fresh chicken on top of the chicken that was already on the racks because this establishment is notorious for giving out old chicken due to their habit of not rotating the chicken on the shelves. The shift manager said there was mild chicken in the grease and should be ready in about 12 minutes. When the chicken came up, the shift manager realized that the cook had only dropped Chicken Breasts. She then instructed him to drop another batch with all of the pieces. Therefore, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the 10-pc mild chicken Family Because it was already late in the event, I mentioned to the shift manager that we lived in Utica. I asked if I could go ahead and get the two breasts from the most recent batch that just came up so we could eat while the rest of the order was cooking. She said no! I said ok and continued to wait. When the order came up the cashier was putting it in a plastic bag. I said please don’t put the chicken in the plastic bag. For one, the order is for here, and two the chicken will sweat. When I said that the shift manager began to shout very loudly and rudely, I THOUGHT YOU HAD TO GO TO UTICA! YOU SAID YOU HAD TO GO UTICA! My husband then said let's get a refund. When I asked her for a refund, she called the police and would not give us our money back until they came. When the police arrived, she went on and on expressing that she was the best manager that Popeyes had. When she finally gave the refund, we were given cash even though we paid with a Credit Card. We asked for our receipt, and she balled it up and threw it in the trash can. If i could give a 0 star review, i definitely would!! Today for lunch we where hungry and decided we wanted some chicken. So we stopped by and got some. When i went to open my box it didnt have barbecue! So i walked back to the front counter and asked Mrs.Shaunte for some barbecue, she got a mood and literally argued with me about me having barbecue, when didnt. She still made me pay for my barbecue when she didnt give me any in the first place. Now my chicken was undercooked and ive worked at Popeyes and i know your not supposed to give small pieces of chicen, yet all my chicken was small and undercooked. And on top of all of that Shaunte wasnt using gloves to get my food together. She had a very rude and disrespectful attitude, i understand working in fast food is stressful but no reason to put it out on the customer!! And along with this the tables ALL had food on them. Every single one of them. The floor was coverd in crumbs as well. It was discusting....

I work for Popeyes in Byram Ms I was offered a position to work as the batter man. Fry cook the Manager there hire me and told he was paying $18 to $20 a hour if he can find a better man that can work 40 hours a week Weekend and holiday. I have done it all” I do my job I’d clean the place from front to back I’ve worked there for more then 3 months straight nonstop but I don’t see no change I’m still making $12 an hour he jeopardize my side job to work for him. I brought it up to him That he had told me he will pay me $13 to $14 dollars a hour. To stay and work for them But the atmosphere is a mess the kids show up to work late no body does side work Nor multitask every one is on their phones It’s a lot of playing and lack of focus Rowdy guess disrespectful coworkers I need my money worth because it’s nothing You can ask me that I would not do But I will not do disrespect or lies.
