KFC — Restaurant in Byram

This is where I swallow my pride and admit to one of my “Karen” moments. I went to the drive-through and ordered a meal that had one side and I added a side. As I drove away, I’m looking for the box and I don’t see both sides. Of course I’m driving down the street and I’m hangry by this point so I flip back around to go back and get my durn Cole slaw. Marched into the restaurant in a way where everybody knew I was irritated. I mean, not combative, but irritated and immediately walked up, and I made my complaint. I had two complaints by the time I got back. I didn’t have my coleslaw and that my biggest piece of chicken looked pitiful and was missing a lot of crust. Who I assume was the manager calmly came from the back, pointed out to me that my coleslaw was indeed in the box And then gave me another piece of chicken to replace the pitiful looking one. I was so ashamed I apologized profusely and tried to refuse the extra piece of chicken since I had been so wrong. I wouldn’t have come back to complain about the piece of chicken alone. May 30th the doors were locked a little before 9 pm( despite the closing time being 10pm). A deaf couple tried to go through the drive through. They pulled up to the window to place their order, the girl at the window realized they were deaf and put her hand over her mouth so the deaf couple could not understand what she was saying, they explained twice that they could read lips and just wanted to order dinner. She refused to remove her hands from over her mouth. Then the girl at the window and other employees started laughing!!! The deaf couple asked if they were making fun of them. Stated again that they could read lips and would just like to make an order. The girl at the window again refused to remove her hand from in front of her mouth!. This is disgusting, a complete lack of human respect, 100% discrimination. Nobody should be treated this way for any reason. The cpls video is going viral now. Hopefully KFC makes this right and starts with firing the entire crew of that night because if they think that's ok to treat people that way they do not belong in the service industry. There should also be a public apologie made to these people IN AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE!!...

Lord, where do I begin?! I want to say that all three times that I tried the drive through I had no problem ordering all though the person on the other end sounds like she would rather be eating dog food rather than taking my order. All three times my order was wrong and they seemed highly frustrated that I dare to send it back. Then fast forward to when I went in on the fourth time. They were not busy. They maybe had 10 people in the entire store. Out of the five people that i saw work there, no one offered to take my order for seven minutes. Then with her gum popping in her mouth as it was gaped open like a hippo waiting on a pumpkin to be dropped in, she said what. Yep. What. I gave her my order and she turned around and loud enough for me to hear said, “ I hate serving these white b**es” she left. Four or minutes later she returned with my food and literally all but threw the bag at me. She said nothing else and walked off. I told a few people that I knew and 5 of them said oh well they don’t like any of us and because of it being known by how they act we quit going. Maybe things will change around there and get...
