When I first ate here, I liked it. But, later I experienced Horrible service. I ordered pork chop plate. It was nasty. Too much fat so I couldn’t eat it with my side item. When I called the next day because they closed the night before after picking it up, they refused to replace it. After speaking with the manager, he agreed to replace it because it was my 3rd night in a row eating there, which still shouldn’t matter. When it was time to order, the worker informs me that I could only get the one piece of pork chop and had to pay the additional cost for the side and drink. I just told them to just keep the food. I ordered the hamburger plate once. It was ok. Cashier had the kinda attitude like she didn’t care. I guess she saw I removed the tip. Why tip when I’m charged a convince fee! 3 weeks later, I ordered the fish and shrimp(at least I thought I was getting nice size shrimp) and I wasted $18 on popcorn size shrimp and 2 catfish like you get at a Chinese restaurant not a diner aka cafe. Don’t waste your money on fish or shrimp. It took me 5-7 minutes to eat everything except those dry fries. If you value money in the time of Covid, go somewhere else. I Ordered some catfish and fried chicken. I waited 20 minutes when it was finally ready, not to mention that customers who came after me already got their food. The catfish was okay, tasted bland though. Eating it hurt my mouth. The chicken tenders were extremely dry and almost tasteless. They gave us what tasted like watered down buffalo sauce to go with it? I also had some chicken legs that were tiny and and basically had no flavor. The fries were the best thing about the meal, but they were also bad. They were soggy and barely had seasoning. They never gave me a free drink to go with my catfish plate.
