Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Byram

Slowest Sonic ever. Twice now, I've ordered from the app to pick up in one of the stalls, and each time, it's taken 25-30 minutes to get the order. The first time was a simple fountain drink and an order of mozzarella sticks. 15-20 minutes after I arrived and checked in from the app, I pressed the red button to see what the problem was. I was told it would be out shortly, and it took at least another 5 minutes to arrive. Most recently, I placed an order for a shake in the app at 8:42pm and was given an arrival time of 8:47pm. I show up on time and check in from the app. Multiple cars around me come and go, also with shakes. 20 minutes goes by, so I press the red button and get told it would be out in a few minutes. The carhop finally got to my car at 9:18, just after trying to give my shake to the car next to me who had just pulled in. I asked if there was something wrong with their mobile ordering system and they said no, they were just busy. I get being busy, but waiting 30 minutes for a single shake is ridiculous. I was told I probably didn't check in on time, which was wrong, and that certainly I couldn't have been there for a full 30 minutes. In that time, I could have driven to the next-closest Sonic, ordered the same shake, and driven back. The fact that this has happened twice in a row tells me I probably just...

This Sonic was located off the Byram Exit of I-55. We were headed home to Brookhaven after my husband's stay of 4 days in University Ms Medical Center. Sonic was an excellent choice! We had 6" hot dogs with Chilli sauce , cheese,and onions; my husband had everything on his; an order of Onion rings and Route44 unsweetened tea with 6 pkgs of Sweet and low. My husband, Wes, has the Sonic app on his phone. I absolutely recommend that app to you...you really save a lot of money and time with it! Drinks are always half price when you order from the app! Our meal was as usual fantastic! The Onion rings are freshly made there at each Sonic and they are FINE! Our sever was very good, she brought us plenty of napkins, and 2 long straws, but had overlooked the 6 pkgs of Sweet and low. She was quick to rectify the mistake and in a Brought us a handful with her apologises. I strongly recommend that you stop in at Sonic, especially if you download the app..you will save money and be eating before others can order...the wait is never long if You order ahead...

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Just moved to byram and went to sonic before work on a Sunday morning and I ordered a chili cheese dog. I bite into the hotdog and realize it was old. The workers had warmed up a old hotdog in the microwave from the night before. The hotdog was crispy. I called the manger and she allowed me to get a remake of the same order the next day. Come back to this same sonic on my lunch break 3 weeks later and I ordered 2 chili dogs , a fry , and drink . Guy comes out with 1 chili dog, tots and drink . I told him that my order was missing an item and also I didn't order tots. He said his manager said I had to take that order because that's what I asked for. I call back for a manger to come out . 15 min later no one comes out. I buzzed back in for someone to come out, 5 min later someone finally comes. I explain to them the situation and she agreed to make my order. 10 min later still no food. I got so frustrated I asked for a refund back. This place is ridiculous ! I'll never...
