Krystal — Restaurant in Byram

When I pulled into Krystals parking lot, it was close to 6 on a Friday. There were no cars in line, so I really thought that they were closed. When I made it to the speaker, the young said may I help you?. I said, "Oh great, may I have a number one with extra onions, mustard and pickles with a large sweet tea." Now, a number one is four Krystals, a fry and a drink. She asked me 4 times what I said? There was no noise outside, so I kept repeating myself. So she said, "Please pull around to the window." She said 12.52, please." I paid, and I waited for my food. A young man came to the window and attempted to give me a small drink. I said, "I ordered a large sweet tea." He said, 'Oh, ok then." He comes back with a large cup, so I took me a big swig of it, and it was soda. I haven't drank a soda in four years, might I tell you. So he and the young lady disappear from the window. So I sat there waiting for someone to come back to the window so I could get my sweet tea instead. Finally, someone fulls up behind me to place another order. I knock on the glass, and I blow for trying to get someone to get me my sweet tea. Finally, the young lady appeared with my bag and handed it to me sideways. I handed the drink back to her and told her I ordered sweet tea, not soda. While she was getting my tea. I looked in my bag, and it had a Styrofoam container in it. So I handed that back to her after I got my tea. I said I ordered a number one with extra onions, mustard, and pickles with a large sweet tea. She took the bag back, and all she did was take the container out and handed it back to me. I waited about five to ten minutes in all for my food. I finally got to drive off. The fries were hot, smelling so good. I hit the highway, ready to slide my hand in my bag and get one of my delicious, hot sandwiches and those hot fries to quench my hunger. So I just knew that my Krystals were hot and full of onions, mustard, and pickles like I asked. Wrong, I had cold Krystals with a couple of onions, no mustard and one single pickle with a cold, unmelted piece of cheese on top of it. I was so disappointed in them Krystals. I sat at that window for almost ten minutes. I had no problem with that because, as I said before, no one was in line waiting for food when I pulled up. I just knew my food was fresh and hot to order. I hate to say that I will never go to this Krystals in Byram again. Because everyone deserves a second chance. But it will be a while before I go back...

Ok so on Saturday morning I ordered 2 breakfast platters, to be prepared the same. I asked for hashbrowns, biscuits, bacon, scrambled eggs, grits with cheese and grape jam. Tell me why once we checked the order we had one hasbrown, one cheese grits, one biscuit and one toast. No one said a thing about toast. How you get toast instead of a biscuit? Only one order of grits had cheese, and it was just thrown on top. So the next morning on Sunday I ordered the same thing via door dash. After waiting 45 min to receive my order, it too was wrong. And yes..the plates were to be the same but yet again Krystal's sent me what they wanted me to have. This time no cheese on either grits, no hashbrowns, no butter, no eating utensils. I had plenty of salt packets and plenty of pepper tho. Smdh! So after waiting 45 min and paying door dash to deliver and tipping, I had to get out my bed and go have it corrected..second day in a row. Needless to say we will not be ordering from Krystal's again. The young lady at the drive through had an attitude. She was madder than me about my food that she messed up. She made excuses and remarks that was no professional. She grabbed her phone and showed something to the Mgr on duty at the counter and said ," I can't do this...I can't do this and Law School. Reading is fundamental. Who you gonna represent if you cant read.All she had to do is put it in the pos..point of sale the way I ordered it instead of sending me what they wanted me to have. I replied all you have to do is read. She then took it upon herself to lock myself and two others inside the restaurant. The lady in the back cooking Smiling sarcastically as she helped remade my food but proceeded to point blame to the young rude attorney. The Mgr was unapologetic but managed to offer me a dry biscuit from Saturday to make things better. She was lost as well and began to do what came to mind....MAKE EXCUSES. She said they are new and they don't know how to do doordash. Well Ms Manager why allow her over there to mess up orders? Why aren't you training them? And where is your problem solving skills..it's only grits and bacon. I've seen this type of service in S Jackson but Byram?? Thank you but no thank you Krystal's...but Wendy's is across the street and I hear they have a good breakfast and...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE AND VERY COMBATIVE.I ORDERED 3 SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND DIDN'T CHECK MY BAG UNTIL I GOT TO TERRY. WELL THE SANDWICHES WERE NOT SPICY AT ALL. SO I CALLED KRYSTALS AND TOLD THE MANAGER WHAT I HAD GOTTEN SHE SAID WELL YOU CAN BRING THEM BACK..I SAID I LIVE IN CRYSTAL SPRINGS AND I COULDN'T TELL YOU WHEN I WILL BE COMING BACK THAT WAY..SHE SAID WELL THAT'S THE ONLY WAY I CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SHE SAID I HEARD YOU WHEN YOU ORDERED AND I SAID OK THEN..SHE SAID SHE CALLED IT BACK TO YOU BUT YOU DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING..I SAID I ORDERED SPICY CHICKEN AND I DIDN'T GET IT AND YOU SAID YOU HEARD ME BUT SHE CALLED BACK SOMETHING DIFFERENT? WELL THAT'S CLEARLY NOT MY PROBLEM AND I'M NOT HOLDING ON TO THESE SANDWICHES TILL I MAKE IT BACK THAT WAY..SHE THEN STARTED GETTING MOUTHY AND I SAID I WILL JUST CALL CORPORATE AND HANDLE IT THAT WAY..AS I WAS HANGING UP SHE WAS STILL RUNNING OFF AT THE MOUTH. SO I WENT TO THE KRYSTALS PAGE AND PUT IN MY COMPLAINT AND HAVE NOT HEARD 1 THING FROM THEM EITHER.. THE KRYSTALS IN BYRAM MS ABSOLUTELY NEED TO STEP UP THEIR GAME BECAUSE THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE WAS LACKING SOMETHING AND THAT SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.. TAKE TIME TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU WANT TO BE TREATED..THAT'S WHY THE WORLD IS GOING TO RUIN BECAUSE YOU HAVE PEOPLE THAT DON'T CARE RUNNING THEIR COMPANY AND THAT SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED.YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED KRYSTALS...
