I’ve given this location chance after chance and it’s always something that makes me leave wishing I never came here, and now I will remember to not to again. To start a couple got seated after us, ordered after us, yet got their food before us, not sure if it’s because I ordered the chicken tortilla soup, which when it came to my table I was immediately thrown off. After trying to season it and mixing it around I decided I couldn’t even bring myself TO TRY IT, I know how chicken tortilla soup looks and that’s what I was expecting so this just threw my appetite off. I asked for it to be removed from the bill as I DIDNT EVEN TRY IT? And the waitress who barely speaks English got someone else to see what the issue was, anyway, they ended up giving me a check with the soup still on it so I went to the front counter to pay, but first have this removed. Then the I assume owner approached and asked the issue, I told him, and he asked then what kind of soup did you receive to which I said I’m not even sure??! I showed him a picture of how this soup should look, and he just said whatever and walked away.. like alright. I personally wasn’t rude about it I just didn’t want to pay for something that I didn’t even...

Look at your tickets people! Went in for lunch with my family on Sunday after church. Server finally came & took our order, food came out but server never came back. Never asked if we needed anything including refills. Had to get another Waitress to bring us napkins because he was no where to be found. He didn't have to be attentive because they included the tip on our ticket because there were 7 of us. 3 Adults & 4 children. Two being babies. They up-charged us for dinner portions even though we ordered off the lunch menu. Added a charge for using a card even though I was paying cash. When I called all of this to the cashier's attention she showed me in small print at the bottom the cash total if you were paying cash. How many people notice this it was so small??? I ask her about being charged dinner portions & she asked the manager & he said on Sunday they don't do lunch menu??? Why did the Waiter ask us if we wanted the lunch Fajitas then? I think they were hoping we wouldn't notice any of it....

Went in Saturday 3/9/24. There ppl there but it wasn’t crowded. We were seated and waited. 20 minutes pass, no greeting, no server, no drinks, no order put in, nothing. So we said eff it and walked out. On the way out my husband and I stopped at the front desk and let them know that they may want to make sure they check on customer because we sat 20 minutes unserved. His response was a nonchalant “we’re under staffed”. They were NOT under staffed. Every table around us (at least 5) was being served. We were simply ignored. I told him that too before saying good night and walking out. He mumbled something sarcastic under his breath. Before this, we’ve patronized this business often (like several times a month) so this definitely rubbed me the wrong way. But we went to Mojitos and they took great care of us and food tasted better with stronger drinks. They’re also closer to our house so we’ll just dine there...
