I'm extremely disappointed with the Burger King location I've been visiting repeatedly. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I'm asked to wait outside the front door or back up and wait for further instructions. The excuses about waiting on a meat delivery or lacking cooks are unacceptable, especially when it happens consistently over three days.
To make matters worse, the smell of marijuana around the premises is concerning and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect a safe and respectful environment, not one that seems to tolerate substance use.
The management clearly needs to step up and address these issues. Firing the current manager might be a good starting point. Burger King's reputation is built on quick, reliable service, but this location is falling short.

Long wait times: Consistently asked to wait outside or back up, with no clear reason or apology. Lack of staff: Claims of no cooks or waiting on deliveries are not reassuring when it happens repeatedly. Unprofessional environment: The smell of marijuana is not what I expect from a fast-food joint. Poor management: Inconsistent service, lack of accountability, and no effort to improve.
Suggestions for improvement:
Hire reliable staff: Ensure that employees are trained to work efficiently and provide good customer service. Improve communication: Clearly explain delays or issues to customers and provide apologies when necessary. Maintain a professional environment: Ensure the premises are safe and respectful for customers.

Read moreThis location has been so disappointing lately, but tonight was the LAST straw….. I always order the same thing; Bacon King meal (sometimes substitute fries for their chicken fries). The service was just okay, nothing spectacular for sure. I was told to pull around to the front, and waited for almost 10 minutes just for my food to not even be hot-COLD in fact. On top of that my chicken fries were hard! One of them were so hard I literally had to turn the light on in my car to check and see if it was a piece of glass I picked up!!! I get home depending on my burger to pull through…… I bit into my COLD burger and tasted something I can’t stand the taste of…A TOMATO! I hate tomatoes! In fact the burger had not only one but TWO tomatoes, onions, pickles, and mustard! A bacon king doesn’t come with tomatoes, pickles, onions, and mustard; at least it never has in the MANY TIMES I’ve ordered it! THATS WHY I ORDER THE BACON KING ALL THE TIME!!!! This was SUPER disappointing! Now I have the taste of freaking tomatoes on my tongue and couldn’t even finish my burger!...
Read moreThis was an outrageous experience! I cannot believe the customer service at this place! They said 2 meals per car! We had more orders than they let us, and they didn't even have what we wanted to order! We wanted chicken nuggets, and we went up to the speaker, and they said 2 orders per car, we asked them to explain to us what they meant by 2 orders per car, and they just repeated themselves! 2 orders per car, what does that mean? Does it mean 2 orders as in 2 meals and whatever else, or does it mean 2 orders as in 2 meals? It would probably be 2 orders as in one item and another, but I would like an explanation if I don't understand! After that, we pulled away for a minute to discuss something, then we returned to the speaker. When we returned to the speaker they told us again 2 meals per car, and we said, fine, because we're tired at this point. We asked them, which chicken nugget meals they had, and they told us, they don't have chicken nuggets, in the most rude tone I have heard in a while!
