I had a bad experience with this location on 6/6/2025 around lunch time and here's why:
A woman, who I believe is a team supervisor, incorrectly took my order 6/6/2025 at 12:23 PM. I ordered a double Whopper with cheese only, but when I returned with the Whopper, it had additional ingredients. It needed to be remade according to my request. The woman continued to be rude about the situation, and her behavior was noticeable to both crew members and customers.
The individual's behavior was very disrespectful towards me, other customers, and her colleagues. She repeatedly displayed an attitude, loudly claiming I never specified cheese for everyone to hear. Then she went to the area where they pack food for customers and told the hamburger cook that it wasn't her fault for the remake of the double pounder with cheese.
I have never encountered such a significant issue with a staff member at a fast-food restaurant until coming here. I am unsure why this staff member was so dramatic about the issue when it was her mistake, not mine as the customer. Other staff members at this Burger King location handle orders correctly without any issues.
Other customers approached me and confirmed that I did order a double Whopper with cheese. They were unsure why the lady claimed I didn't and complained about it. One customer mentioned that this issue needs to be addressed by higher management, as her behavior towards me and other customers who witnessed her rudeness was unacceptable.

Read moreEat here at night at your own risk!!! Ordered food through the app after a middle school football game. When we arrived the girl on the speaker says we can only give you onion rings. I asked if she could just cancel the order and stated that my kids do t eat onion rings. She says you can cancel it in the app or take the onion rings. I drove around the building to speak to the manager for assistance with canceling the order. The employee working the front went and locked the door and said I would have to drive back to the window so I had to wait I. Line again to figure out how to cancel the order since I can’t find a way to do it through the app as I was told to do. When I finally arrived at the window the manager Ericka if that’s her real name says what’s the problem not hello not how can I help you just what’s the problem. I give her the run through and get told that they don’t help with app problems to call corporate to figure it out. After 30 minutes of trying to get this figured out we just settled with receiving the burgers and drinks only and trying to figure it out with corporate tomorrow morning. When we made it home with the food it was incorrect and 2 of the 4 sandwiches had what appears to be finger holes pokes in them. This is about as sick as it gets. Service and quality at this location always drops off around 4. Its great if you go there for lunch, but wanting something for dinner? Nah. Just hit up chik fila or subway. Why the bad review? About 2 months ago went there to try the new brisket whopper. Got our order taken fairly quick, unlike todays encounter. We ordered 2 of the new whoppers no tomatoes and got our order and proceeded to drive home, i know "our fault" for not ensuring the food was made properly, forgot i was an employee at burger king.
