I would give no stars but this is not the venders fault. I have been to this mall several times always buying around a 100.00 worth of vintage postcards. They have not been stocked for awhile and are quite picked through. I went to the front desk to ask for a discount if we purchased in bulk. No one did anything so after standing there I finally said "Ok please come back and let me know". We buy and sell cards. The profit margin is slim. The amount of the discount would determine how many we bought. After waiting a half hour my husband went up and asked the same question. The staff acted like they were again confused by the question. They asked a gentleman with his back turned who said 10% without even turning to face him. My husband came back and said "we are done" and we took roughly 65.00 worth of cards to check out. After putting them into stacks the cashier said I can't give you any discount, you have to buy a 100.00 worth. This was the last straw my husband told them "emphatically" we would not be buying any and walked out. We have been in this business as owners, vendors, pickers, etc. for over 30 years so here is a little advice to the owner. We had spent an hour picking through cards. Not once did a staff member come on the floor to check on us. There were four up front. I think two could have handled check out, it was not busy. To the postcard vender I apologize. I will not...
Read moreWe visit the mall almost twice a month. Several weeks ago, when I was at a venue with my husband, a woman and her husband stood in line, loudly discussing the election, and the staff did not say anything to address it. The woman's voice was so loud that people walking in stopped to listen and could not believe what was coming out of her nasty mouth. I consider myself a fair person and not racist (we all come into this world, and we all have to leave this world someday). If I owned a large business like Big Peach Antiques Mall, I would have de-escalated the situation to ensure my customers felt comfortable while spending their hard-earned money. It is such a...
Read more2/16/21 - We went to look for some antique and/or old items for decor and building projects. There are some nice items to browse through and prices vary from booth to booth but overall fair. I would like t osay that view this as an antique mall and was shocked to see several booths were more like a flee market. Starbucks cups and Duck Dynasty signs are not really what you would expect to find in antique mall. Seeing those type of items here causes me to question some of the items in that booth and the others, (Example: Is this an original or made to look old?). I enjoyed my visit and I will be back just wanted others to be aware that this is not...
