Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Byron

Extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding the unsanitary conditions I experienced during a recent visit. I ordered with a young man who spoke so softly you could barely hear him, I had to ask him to repeat everything he said more than once. Upon receiving my drinks, I attempted to find a clean table to eat my meal. Unfortunately, every table I encountered was dirty. I was forced to request that the young man clean a table for me. Shortly thereafter, a young lady called my name to deliver my salad. The salad was presented on a tray that was visibly soiled with crumbs and sauce residue. When I asked for a clean tray, the staff member appeared visibly annoyed, as if my request was unreasonable. She then provided me with another tray that was marginally cleaner but still unacceptable. At this point, I was so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness that I requested a refund. The manager came to process my refund, and I was further appalled to observe that his apron appeared to be covered in what looked like days-old food stains. The overall state of this establishment, from the dirty tables and trays to the unhygienic appearance of the staff, was frankly appalling and suggests a complete disregard for basic sanitation standards. I believe this situation poses a significant risk to public health and warrants immediate attention from the health department. Worse place to buy food to eat and this is a new restaurant! Keeps getting worse and worse! Yes, when I had dine in restaurant a bug had crawled up in my food! Bad customers services and the cooks always serving people old food and dropping back in grease to warmed up and served out! Teenagers that be talking on their phones and get attitudes with people! Complaining about what getting paid and doing less worked as much as possible! Employees is lazy and does not keep this new restaurant clean! I hope this place get sprayed and pest will be in control! Managers that works on the night shifts always complaining about what goes on in restaurant! I hope everything will get better and more cleaner! Yes, this is a new restaurant and none of this should be happening but I did experience! My first time I ever ate in this restaurant for a bug to crawled in my food and I rushed to bathroom to vomited up! I had rinse my mouth out several times with mouth wash and immediately went over to Pilot Truckstop to take me shower! Right, now I would not recommend nobody to eat over to Zaby until the General Managers or Managers get this place clean up! Arby’s across the road over in pilot always gives me fresh hot good quality food! This was the most horrible food and service I've ever received from a Zaxby's in ALL these years. Location: Bryon, off the Big 🍑 exit. Not only was the food not hot (boneless wings and things) but the fries seemed to be the likes of. Yep that last little bit that is in the bottom of the bag 😞. Not only that, there was a pinhole in my cup of Strawberry 🍓 Fanta as my grandson passed it to me, it leaked all over the him, the console and me. So glad I was wearing dark pants but my shirt was a bright 🟡, only the tail got slightly splashed. And the CSR, in a few words, "needs a personality".
