Staff mostly kids were so Rude, Careless, the so call manager the young heavy set female was very unprofessional and needs proper training on managing employees and addressing customers, the way she talked to my sister and I over a mistake made on thier part.. shows people who have no self control or basic courtesy or understanding of leadership should be left in charge as clearly the staff follows the leader example. Last night around 11pm my sister and placed an order through the drive through.. we stopping for the night as we are driving back home from our trip and left our 6 kids back at the hotel with our husbands, Ordered 20pc chicken nuggets, 4 plain cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, Heading back to hotel we noticed missing 2 burgers and was give 6pc chicken nuggets instead of the 20 and a random chicken sandwich, okay no biggie go back ..now line is backed to the entrance of the parking lot. Wait in line since done is closed to enter... Once we get to intercom inform them, they tell us to approach 2nd window so they can fix order...we still have to wait on the cars infront of us to do so...still no biggie.. get to window the girl there looking at us like we are dumb wanting to know what we wanted I explained what happened she takes my receipt and acknowledged they left out our burgers and gave us someone chicken sandwich I hand her back the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich I say it's ok..if just give me the correct order bc my kids are waiting on us to eat... So she shows me she has the missing burgers and chicken nuggets than says that's $4 and change I was confused about the charge and asked why, and that's when things became a Big Biggie for me.. she proceeded to tell because they charged me for a 6pc instead a 20.. and "they don't give out free food here" now I did not realize they charge of a 6pc instead of 20, I explained that what I ordered and if they made a mistake should make it right and just give the missing food I paid for and the additional missing nuggets for the inconveniences and the rude way I was spoke too... At this point it's after 11:40pm.. she continues to tell me that what makes me so special to get free food, like some kind of bum I ask to speak with the girl who took my order or manager, she tells me to bad she just left in-between she leaves several times closes window walks away to talk to her co-workers laughing ..come back to say so what do you want to do, at this point I'm upset and return the food and ask for a refund I was told they can't do refunds... Finally she leaves and comes in the heavy set female manager also same person who took my order with an even worse attitude with loud annoyed tone ask me what the problem was I explained for the 4th time she also tells me what makes me think I get something for nothing.. I just want the 20pc I ordered and missing burgers and she responded I want my $4 for it ..no $4 no nuggets... I was done I asked again for a refund she left took about 5-10min (yes cars are waiting behind whole time but they don't care to fix this so we can all go out way.. she returns with cash I paid with a card...I refused the cash and wanted return on my card..she said no we don't do that here either..if I wanted a refund take cash or nothing, mistakes are made but it's fine just make it right.. she said I didn't mess up your order they did, But you took the order and you say your the manager?... So yes you take the responsibility and rectify the situation... she slams the window and starts cursing me under her breath and walks away and does not return hear her telling everyone inside what she capable of doing to me..and all of them are laughing inside no care about the back up of cars trying to order... After another 5-10 min an older Hispanic male in a maroon shirt he didn't adress himself as a manager.. but did greet me with concern apologized on his behalf and that of mcdonald's and acknowledge they were wrong to handle the situation that way.. and apologize for everything with food in hand so to him thank you, Management I have video if...
Read moreFor Brandi, the GM I went with some friends to get dinner and usually the service is fairly good but what happened last night was just plain irritating and a waste of time. We arrived at the drive thru around 8:30 pm on Sunday the 16th and put in two separate orders, we got to the window after 15 minutes of waiting only to find they checked out one of our orders to someone else. The girl operating the drive thru cash register knew nothing and about it and said that there was no record until I had to repeatedly tell her the second order and to check with the people up front or to check her check out receipts on her POS. Finally she saw the order I was talking about and had to call a manager, Rachel, to help her. The manager was rude and took her time, had me repeat my order and still got it wrong making meals a large and ultimately charging us more than we wanted but cut me off every time I tried to correct it because she just wanted to get it over with. When we got to the second window to get our food the girl handed us one order and then slammed the window in my face. I had to knock on the window to get her attention and ask for my second order in which she handed me my food and slammed the window again, but she forgot the two dr peppers on my order so I once again had to wait and knock on the window to get her attention and let her know she had forgotten our drinks. After we got our drinks we checked our orders thoroughly again only to find the hadn’t given us any of our dipping sauces for both orders and again had to knock on the window to get her attention and ask for things we ordered at the very beginning. Overall we had to spend about 40 minutes in the drive thru to get two simple orders, holding up other customers who probably had other places to be. And instruct the employees on how to do their job. As a former employee who worked there for 3 years and was held to a high standard by Brandi the general manger it was disappointing to see this. I hope Brandi sees this and can make sure her employees are doing their job the way they were trained and ensure her managers are holding up to their professional standards and stop being rude to customers who haven’t done anything but be nice and try to be understanding especially when it’s their employees who messed up, not...
Read moreVisited on dec. 21, after coming out of ER visit and surgery, and just wanted a sausage sandwich and a coke. The elderly woman running the drive thru must have had a much worse night and morning than me. Proceeds to collect my order, along me to read the menu off the screen stating that I could not get the 2 for 4, since I wanted a coke, and a latte... Could not just upsell the drinks, told me I had to get meals.. that's fine I said (in pain from having my mid section cut open 6 hrs ago), pulled forward, and she's telling at people at the 2nd window, "I'M GOING TO KILL, SHOOT THIS COMPUTER", and takes my $14.11 for 2mcgriddle meals, and says, "I've been here 18 months, and with the golden arches since 1962, how old were you then?" Sorry Ronald did not have a pension plan.. Maybe somebody called in sick that day, and she had full wear the Santa hat that day.. Maybe Gov't shut down was delaying her social security.. Maybe I should have told her I've got a hole in my gut that I could put a 2x6 thru and she's at least standing.. No maybes, I will just not ask for a special order and make her want to strangle the computer. Still live McDonalds, and burger King gone in woodland, but I'll just schedule my ER visits to coincide...
