Subway — Restaurant in Cañon City

First time visiting.. The woman making my sandwich was polite and friendly but (I know this is petty but it's a review) she didn't bother to smooth out my tuna so I had four scoops plopped an inch apart. The reason why I gave them the two stars though is because you can tell the younger girl hates her job. How you say? Well.. She took over so the older woman could help the lady behind me in line. She didnt say anything to me as she rang up my order, didn't ask me of I wanted chips or a drink or even an awesome subway cookie but that's still not the reason.. I made polite chit chat to break the awkward minute of silence. She coldly and in monotone answered a question I had and as I was asking her my second and final question (about a coupon she showed me on the receipt) she literally turned around and walked away from me. That was so rude. And it's not that she didn't notice me talking to her. Once she got my money and gave me my receipt, (she was probably required to tell me about the coupon) and she was done with her duty of the coupon, it was a wrap. Maybe it was just a bad day for her, I dunno. But I know it wasnt cause they were busy since we were one of two people in line and the tables were all empty. And I know it wasn't just my imagination because without me saying a word, my fiance said to me as we were walking to our car "Jeeze, you can tell she hates her job!". I don't want to get anyone in trouble but she needs to know that every interaction is important. I mean, the one customer (hopefully for that location's sake) that you treat poorly might be the type to...

If I could give this Subway 0 stars I would. We got a take out order. When I got home I opened my sandwich package and right away saw a hair. I further then opened the sandwich and saw 2 more hairs. I was so disgusted that I tossed it right away. The sandwich was all disheveled like it had been dropped on the floor. I am a very kind and understanding person. When I called to let them know what happened, the woman I talked to was very rude and had a rude attitude. She told me that she made the sandwich herself and told me they all wear their hair back, in a very condescending way. I don’t ever leave reviews like this and am a major supporter of local businesses. Maybe she was having a bad day. Okay but the complete lack of care and professionalism over the phone was uncalled for. I was kind, the customer, and didn’t deserve to be treated with such disrespect. When I go to Subway I do not expect to be argued with when I ask them to make a sandwich a certain way. it's supposed to be a place where I can have my sandwich made however I want that's why they asked what would you like on it?. this is the third time I've had a problem with this Subway the last time I had a problem at this in particular place my girlfriend ordered a protein bowl and It was pathetic.. when I order a bowl of food and I'm paying over $10 for it I expect the Bowl be completely full not half full and pathetic looking I have a picture of this pathetic protein bowl I just don't have time to post it right now..
