Terrible customer service! We drove 20 minutes just to go over here after seeing the reviews and the photos which looks great. They claimed that they close at 7:30 pm and even though we got there at 6 pm sharp they refused to attend us. Their Google time says they are open all night! Obviously with the pandemic that has changed bit even though curfew is right now at 12 am. The waitress was very rude and advised they were up to full capacity but there were two tables that just emptied outside. They have a sign that says full capacity is at 30 people, there was nowhere near that many people. When we kept questioning the same the waiter then insisted a big group just came in and they didn't want to get stuck...

Drinks were great including the mojitos and the customer service as well but not the wait for the food made it not worth it, we didn’t order anything extravagant only only rice and beans and meat 3 simple plates. We waited for the food for 1-2 hours. The wait was to the point of paying our drinks and leaving a tip and leaving the food. We asked out waitress when the food was going to arrive and they said that they were going to serve it right now when the could of done it at least a little earlier because particularly it wasn’t busy and and there was no one ordering nothing so we should of at least expected out food to come a...
