So haven't had pizza in 3 months. My wife and I decided to treat ourselves. I will not be using this Domino's anymore.
We ordered online made our selection and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got to the store about 10 past the ready time and waited and waited. The staff didn't seem to have any idea what was going on. I would contribute this fact to the "manger?" Mike standing around barking orders at his employees and seemingly being in the way more than helpful. When I arrived there were 2 people in front of me. One I imagine had been there for a long time already and the other had maybe arrived a moment before I had. We were both told it would only be a minute until our pizzas were ready. During our wait I could hear Mike telling his employees to pay attention. His employees seemed pretty alert, but were obviously lagging behind as there was a shelf full of pizza boxes and almost no pizzas coming out of there oven. After 10 minutes the other gentleman received his pizzas and left. I thought mine would surely be ready soon. Oh how I was wrong. 3 more patrons came in and at about this time Mike told one of his pizza boys to offer the other lady who had been there longer than me a drink. She declined and her pizzas were ready to go after about 5 minutes. I have been waiting for approx. 20 minutes this point. (No drink offer yet. Must have to be there 30 minutes, at least). At this point 1 customer had walked to the counter and gotten a pizza and left leaving me and 2 other female customers at the counter. One person found out that the wrong pizza had been made, but the "manager" Mike said not to worry and offered to pay for this one since the customer seemed okay with it being made wrong. The next customer found out that only one pizza had been made and after what I assume is a show of macho force, Mike barked at his employees to remake both her pizzas and he would give her the other one free since it would be older by that point. "So give her, her 4 pizzas and she only going to pay for 2" Mike confidently exclaimed with a smile and a nod at the female patron. "So are we going to make 2 of the one we forgot?" A confused employee gently chimed. "Yeah"...."No"...Basic pizza math beginning to settle into Mike's thoughts. "No she is only going to get 3." Mike realizing I had been there for half and hour now. "Hey I'm going to give you 10 percent off since you have been waiting." (Yes Something!)
My pizzas however weren't given the same treatment as others. I guess Mike just figured I would be cool with one cold pizza and one hot one. So an hour after my pizza were scheduled to be ready, I took my pies home.
So the moral of this story- don't go to this poorly managed, sad excuse of a Domino's. Unless you have great patience and don't mind getting a slight bit of compensation. Or be a female, in which case when your order gets messed up (which it will) Mike will give...
Read moreWOW WOW WOW!!!! ^-^ I don't usually begin my reviews with a WOW, but....WOW!!!! This Domino's is the best place to get pizza in town! To preface, it was 10:30 pm on the night before Thanksgiving 2023, and after preparing a lot of food and settling in we were really hungry so we decided to order a quick pizza, so first we put our order into Papa John's in Cabot off Rockwood, and right after placing our order at 10:30 pm they immediately cancelled our order, which is the most unprofessional thing to do: So I left the following review for Papa John's:
**[[[If I could give less than one star, I would! I don't leave bad reviews unless it is really warranted, well, now is the time. I ordered a simple 1 pizza order a 'Shaqorroni Pizza' about a half hour before closing and without missing a beat, they cancelled my order. They definately won't be getting my business ever again, the manager at Domino's in Cabot, Tiffany, let me put my order in 15 minutes before closing even though her driver had an emergency, gave me free cheezy bread, and then personally drove it to my house and then went back to the store to close! That is service!
Forget Papa John's and go to Domino's in Cabot! Tiffany knows how to run a store!]]]]]]**
So, all in all I ordered online at Domino's..at first they had to call to cancel the order because their delivery driver had an emergency, so I just chalked it up to being too late..
To my surprise, Tiffany, the manager at Domino's in Cabot, called me right back and said that the driver who called me said that I sounded really bummed and Tiffany told her to get me back on the line.. then Tiffany said she was going to personally deliver my pizza and then come back to the store to close up.. I thought that was amazing and it shocked us that people still had integrity! She delivered it so fast, and not just that, she applied coupons for us to save us money and told us how to get that savings in the future, and NOT only that, she threw in free cheezy bread, she got a fat tip because I was going to give her a great tip for everything and with the saving she got even more.. and well deserved!
I will be getting a hold of corporate to let them know what a gem they have in...
Read moreI ordered over the phone by credit card. They wanted all my personal info. I gave them everything.Wanting a pizza delivered. No problem. After asking for my card number twice. I gave it to him. I simply & kindly asked for the person first name taking my order & all my personal info? Just so I know who I paid for my order. They refused. I would like to know who just took all my personal card info atleast a first name??.. So, then I asked for a manager. He told me to make a report to the Cabot police department? I don’t understand how just anyone up there can get ur personal credit card info but, yet it’s a mystery of who you gave it to now. So, if a person quits tomorrow. They could have stored ur card info… ( Scammers are a real thing these days.) After calling back again was hung up on the phone. By the person who took my info. This will be the last and final time ordering through Cabot Dominos pizza. This is not my first time or round with them. They charge extra for a simple few packages of cheese, or any sauce like they haven’t charged enough allready for pizza & delivery. This time they said they were out of Parmesan cheese.??? You all are a pizza delivery company? Get with the program. It’s 2022 you mean to tell me I can’t swipe my card at the door when actually delivered? on a Domino’s card reader? Always late delivery, over charged, no toppings you paid even extra for, Most the time. Pizza is not even that well made or even cold at times, hard chewy crust, doesn’t taste good. I had a driver even asked to be tipped before?? Like excuse me?? I paid to have it delivered & it’s my choice to tip or not. Thanks... Totally go with another company. My rating for them is a big 0 out of 100 completely not satisfied & the wrost business & customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. My Recommendation *Go get pizza somewhere else.
