Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Cabot

If cleanliness was a sport, the Chick-fil-A in Cabot would be Olympic gold medalists. I’ve seen operating rooms that aren’t this spotless. You could literally eat your waffle fries off the bathroom floor (but don’t, because the tables are also pristine and more socially acceptable).

The staff? Cheerful like they were trained by Disney and caffeinated by sweet tea. My food was so fresh I half expected the chicken to still be clucking. The drive-thru is faster than a NASCAR pit stop, and somehow, everyone manages to say “my pleasure” like they actually mean it.

If you're looking for delicious chicken, a bathroom so clean you could perform surgery in it, and employees who seem like they actually enjoy being there — this is your spot. Chick-fil-A Cabot: where fried chicken meets surgical sanitation.

Ordered a number one large with an unsweet tea,

Chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese and a sweet tea,

A large four-piece chicken tender with fries And a.cherrycoke,

Everything tasted good was hot and fresh. The service was very friendly and efficient.

First time here. Had a small bit of trouble ordering while checking out using the application due to machine not scanning . But, we asked for help and the problem was soon repaired.

The food ordered here was recorded hot , fresh and in abundance

The service was very friendly. This location dining area as well as rest rooms were clean, stocked and in order .

The atmosphere was a bit loud has ample lighting and seats around 60 people.

The seats are a mix of passed seats along with some wooden stools 6 Booths seat four peoplele each. I'm asking the same questions No

I went to get my wife’s usual lunch today. 5 count kids meal with Mac and cheese and a cup of ice cream and not a toy. I also got a large tea and a medium tea. I visit the Cabot Store at least 3 times a week. The food handler who was nice young man with dyed reddish blonde hair. I did not get his name. I asked for a drink carrier for my two drinks and ice cream cup. He informed me that he could not give me a carrier because I only had two drinks and because of something to do with Amazon that Chick-fil-A could not afford to give a person that had two drinks a carrier. If I had three drinks he could. He also told me that I should be able to carry my two drinks and food. I know he was following someone’s orders that they were giving to many drink carriers away. Even though he did not know that I had to carry the two drinks a cup of ice cream and the bag of food 100 yards through a parking lot and through Walmart Neighborhood Market. I usually have a drink carrier in my car from Chick-fil-A that I saved but had left it in my truck. I know that Chick-fil-A must be having hard financial times that they can’t afford to give someone a drink carrier when they ask for one. Is their a special fund to donate to to help Chick-fil-A through these desperate times. Paul...

Slow drive through, it’s backed up because they decide to close off a lane for no apparent reason, what’s the point of having two lanes if your only going to use one for the morning rush and afternoon rush, yea the usually just have one lane open, they use to use both when they first opened

Update, i came back about 2 weeks and it’s gotten worse, I was in the drive through at around 12 and the line was backed up to the parking lot and guess what one lane open now it took me 22 minutes to get to the person who takes your order, they had two people taking orders but only one lane open, it took them 6 minutes for them to take my order it was just a chicken sandwich meal, after that the person in front of me was taking there time taking there order, I wouldn’t have a problem with them having two people taking orders if you had two lines open what’s the point of taking my order if I’m having to wait on the person in front of me to take there’s, then it was a 15 minute wait to get to there door/window and once I got my food, I ordered a large drink and fry with my sandwich I got my large drink but a small fry and my sandwich was cold and damp.
