We stopped in here for lunch to see how it was.
First thing we noticed walking in was how dull it is now. Everything is white or gray scale. They had very quiet music playing in the dining room and different music playing in the kitchen and you could hear both, which is annoying in an otherwise quiet dining room (we were the only customers). My bother-in-law noted that it wasn’t an atmosphere that made you want to be lively or speak up.
The waitress did a fine job, but almost whispered to us when speaking and was hard to understand.
The food was hot and good enough to eat, but incredibly bland. I had to salt and pepper my pollo supremo liberally. My family ordered burritos and mentioned they lacked flavor or spice.

Read moreI'm surprised at all of the glowing reviews. We decided to try this place since we haven't gone in many years (back when it was La Senorita, which was fantastic). There were very few cars in the parking lot, which should've been a sign.
