Margarita 🍹was FANTASTIC 😉 and the food 🌮🥙🫔was GREAT! My waitress 🐌 wasn't! She disappeared until I raised my hands up 🖐🖐 to the manager about her where-abouts! More attentive after that! Took all I could do to give a 15% tip! Wasn't busy! Would get 5 stars ... if not for her! (This was a while ago in 2019)! Another visit ... today ... June 24th, 2021 ... at 4:09 pm! I ordered my meal and a frozen margarita! It wasn't the margarita that made me cold it was the freezing temperature of the restaurant! After my margarita came ... I asked Jen if they could turn up the thermostat🌡! She came back and said that they couldn't! Before my food came ... I asked other patrons 🧓👥👵👩‍🦰🦰if it was just me ... THEY WERE FREEZING, TOO and then I went to the register and the oriental girl there said she couldn't help me either because she said THEY are not allowed to change the temp because the manager 'IN CHARGE' had the key 🔑 and wasn't there going to be until 8 pm! Before I froze to death ... I asked for a carry out because I could NOT stay another second in their ice 🧊 house 🏚! When I FINALLY got my carry out and paid ... I then addressed a few male workers (who could care less) and then Jen snapped at me that ... THEY HAVE TO WORK! The food and drinks are excellent, but it is NOT my problem that people don't want to work! This is not the 1st time that the service SUCKED! JS! Down to 3 stars! BTW ... I am now SICK and chilled to the bone🦴 ... almost 5 hours later! The manager IS NOT 'IN CHARGE ... Nikki or Mikki! I am a patient, easy going guy and don't have a prejudice bone in my body ... just frozen bones right now! At 9:00 pm, tonight, the 24th of June... I just called and talked to Nicholas the manager ... HE is a nice, understanding, kind, honest guy ... he is making things right! Thanks Nicholas ... I WILL be back because your food and drinks are 7 star! Thanks, Nicholas ... HERRADURAS is back to 5 🌟 🌟...

I have been here 3 times with guests. The first time was fantastic. Both food and service were great! Second time food was great but service was very slow. They were fairly busy. This third time was not good. We were a party of 3 and 1 person got a good meal. Even after one dinner was sent back, the second dinner was no better than the first. The issue was over cooked chicken...tough to cut and darn near impossible to chew. My fish was over cooked and very dry but I chose to eat it as it was. Our appetizer was forgotten. We even had problems with the drinks. We ordered two rounds of margaritas. The first round was great (as it should be for $13.50 per drink). The second round was not the same...different color and taste. Possible something was missing or a different tequila was used. We did not like it. They did not charge for the chicken dinner that was sent back both times. I never raised an issue with my over cooked fish since I chose to eat it as it was. This was very sad because our 2nd and 3rd visit were due in large part to their being named the 10th best Mexican Restaurant in Michigan just weeks before. Regrettably, it will be awhile before...

Our group was no impressed with service or food. Our appetizers came out before the food. When everyone got their food order. One had to wait almost 15 minutes to get their shells to go with their food. We also ordered steak fries. Fries with steak meat, ,cheese and queso cheese sauce on top. When we told the waitresses about it she said it was on it and ever even looked. So someone ordered a small dish of the sauce and we put it on top(however this appetizers was supposed to come with this sauce) then we were charged $5.00 for the sauce. One person asked for some jalapeños and was charged $2.00. The food was very plain and no flavor. There was a carry out order put in while we were eating. However we had to wait 15 minutes after the rest of our group had already left. I waitresses passed us 7 times. After she came to the table and said, " you need anything else. We let her know we were still waiting for our take out order. I don't know if our waitresses was just overwhelmed today. However they service...
