Sorely disappointed in this store’s performance. We’ve been coming to this store for better than 8 years, and I’m now compelled to leave not so good feedback. I live less than 6 blocks away, left my house at 7:45, arrived back home 8:27. I waited my turn in the drive thru starting in the left hand turn lane and worked my way through the line. I watched no less than 17 cars come and park and walk in to the store and leave before I even ordered at the drive thru. I ordered a small blue raspberry with vanilla, unblended, a small cookie dough blizzard with Reese’s and chocolate ice cream, no Reese’s left, so change to chocolate chunks, and a small m&m blizzard with chocolate ice cream. Granted, my order isn’t directly off the menu. At this point, there is no one waiting inside anymore, because they were served first, I didn’t go inside because I went there “for” my family, not “with” my family. Carrying multiple anything back to the car seemed escapable since there is a drive thru. When I got to the window, I was handed a blue raspberry freeze blended with vanilla ice cream. I politely refused and reminded it was supposed to be unblended. There was a quick apology and it was sent back for a remake. Next.. cookie dough blizzard, chocolate ice cream chocolate chunk… perfect! (This was important as it was mothers day, and that was my wifes, who was the mother of the day) Next, m&m blizzard, chocolate ice cream…. Nope… vanilla ice cream… well… after having been there better than a half hour, I wasn’t waiting for a remake. This store is a busy store. And those kids get their butts handed to them on a regular basis. I applaud their efforts, but something has gone wrong. This year is turning out to be the year of boo-boos and complacency. Read moreWe ordered a cake online for our daughter's third birthday and the cake decorator/assistant manager went above and beyond. Our daughter loves horses and obviously choose a cake design that included 2 mini horses and fence. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the specific deco pack shown online and rather than forgo the decorations she spent the time to purchase locally three small horses to decorate the cake. The final product was a delicious and beautiful cake. You made our daughter's day. ...
