I was super excited to try this place. It's in a big plaza so there's plenty of parking. They were pretty busy when I was here, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get seated. We ordered 2 specialty coffees, and they were pretty good. I liked the Roche coffee better. For crepes, I got one sweet and one of the original flavors. The server asked if we wanted ice cream with the sweet crepe. The crepes took quite a while to come, but when they did, the ice cream was melted all over, and the crepe was soggy and cold. Probably would've been better without it. The original crepe, I think, I got the boricua flavor, and it was waayy better. I really like the vegetarian option to put mushrooms instead of meat. Crepes By Us is a family-friendly place to enjoy a very good brunch. I went for brunch, and I'm from Carolina, and my expectations were neutral. We got to eat outside and enjoy the fresh air. We were attended by Laila, and she was very kind to us and very honest with the recommendation of what to eat. We ordered a big omelet for the family with butter toast. The omelet was well cooked, fluffy, and well seasoned. The bread was thick, soft with a good amount of butter to accomplish the rest. Staff is super nice, let’s start at that foundation. Location is accessible with plenty of parking. Place is very clean, spacious, with tall windows and plenty of natural lighting.
