I enjoy the seasoning of their roasted chicken. The mashed potatoes are excellent. Love its Savory taste! The rice is good but, sometimes the beans are a little dry. Needs a bit more sauce. I love The Bongo bowls, especially the skirt steak with the rice and beans or mashed potatoes plus the two extra compliments.

Of all the times that I ask for a chicken wrap only twice has it been to my full liking. Once the chicken was burnt. The second time it had too much cheese and two little chicken pieces. The third time the sauce they use in the wrap was very scarce. I believe some type of measurement should be used so, that the client can have the same amount of ingredients...

Horrible. It was our first time, but we will not be going back. Horrible experience, horrible food, horrible service, table and condiment bar was unclean. Prices were cheap. Protein was cold, rice was bland and still hard. I had the “dorado” when I asked the cashier what type of fish is that she didn’t know how to explain it, ended up googling it it’s “mahi mahi” takes a while to cook, prolly the fresher thing on their menu. Last time we visited, Friday, October 26 it was 2:51pm. Nobody in line. We were next in line. No cashier, an employee came did something and went away since her tour of duty begins at 3:00pm. The manager saw us as well as the other three employees saw us, but none took care of us, or as least told us that will be with us in a minute. 🙊🙉🙈Cero, -0-, education, professionalism or customer service!
