El Meson Sándwiches (Plaza Centro Caguas) — Restaurant in Caguas

Horrible drive-thru service! Just because I asked for more whipcream on my coffee and without the cover, they got the manager to talk to me, not to mention that the manager very rudely told me she would charge me extra for just alittle more whipcream on the top. I proceeded to tell her that i was an everyday customer and i never had this issue before, but because of this poor customer service I am never going back. Customer service should be the main priority in any establishment. Specially coming from a supervisor. BTW the coffee was disgusting! This was in Caguas, Plaza Centro. NOT...

First time eating there, got a Reuben sandwich, or (Rubén) they corrected me and said their “Rubén” only has onions and pastrami. NO slaw, saw no cheese, served on the nastiest, most stale piece of sliced bread loaded with cheap mustard. It was served cold just like the french fries and the coffee. May be they finished the order and left it on top of the counter. Anything can be posible when you have a bunch of babies...

I waited for 40 minutes for a Toast, 4 nuggets and french fries. The assistant manager took my order and he didn’t add the combo on the toasts, as I was in a hurry did not asked back when o received the order.
