5 stars for improving service and in giving customers recomendations. Absolutely loved the egg drop soup, fried pf chang rice and mongolian beef. Even the 7up with a lemon was a nice touch. I had sworn off going to pf chang being that the first time I went they were too pushy with providing a good service so I was unable to enjoy my courses because they switched out my plates quickly, the second time was because the white rice was too watery and greasy and they burned the chicken I ordered, but the third time was the charm. Excellent waiter, wonderful food combination and very nice ambience. The waiter was so nice as to recommend a series of plates, describe them, jot down our food requisites, inform us as to how big the servings were so nothing would be wasted, packed our leftovers and even recommend their rewards program card. Definitely going back! Thumbs up to the...
Read moreVery negative experience. Called in for takeout, ordered sushi rolls that are in promo after 4pm. Called in at 3:58 and didn't get my food until 4:30pm. At the checkout I was charged more that the price expected, when I asked why the higher price , the associate said because I called in before 4pm. I was not greeted when I arrived, there was nobody at the front. After a associate came to ask me if I needed a seat , I replied saying that I was only there for pickup., then she send me to the bar where I waited some more. In general it was a bad experience and I can assure that I won't be going back nor recommending no one to visit this place. I work in the same center , so that is money they won't be...
Read morePros Fantastic food and service. Rice was tender, Mongolian beef tender and caramelized yum yum. I loved my combination Mongolian dish with fries and spicy mayo. They also did very good at keeping my dishes gluten free.
My server was great. Kudos to Patricia. She was new but very efficient and helpful. 👍
Cons Combination fried rice was better than other Chinese restaurants in the area, but the shrimp was overcooked rendering it rubbery.
We wouldn't order thre sweet and sour chicken again because their version gets mushy by adding the sauce to the chicken instead of serving it on the side. But that's a...
