Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Caledonia

I was there 4 days ago and sent the company a well detailed complaint and to contact me but apparently wasn't worth there effort to address my complaint so I'll put it here. My online order at about 3pm was to be ready at 4:30 my sandwich was done long before and soggy, they had drop the fries and curds when i came to pick up and that was ok and i decided to eat there, i said I'll eat in store so if they could put everything on a tray but the curds in a bag to go, she started stuffing the sandwich in the bag so i said again on a tray please, i said I'll take the bag for curds still so she grabbed the bag and put the tray back, i said please put everything on the tray and an empty bag and i will put the curds in myself, she tosses the tray on the counter and my sandwich on it in disgust, i cant help she didn't pay attention and i was the only one there so it wasn't busy, the person making curds asked if she should hold off if there to go and im eating the other items in store, the girl said no make them now knowing they wont be hot after i eat there, at this point i said you dont need to have an attitude and the guy cooking on the grill started in on me and now im pissed so i told him its not his business to speak to me, he said its my manager so i need to stick up for her, i said so your sticking up for her being rude? I ate in although very uncomfortable, i open the sandwich and it had pepper relish and pickles which i asked for on the side so it wasn't soggy, i ate it as it was but threw half of it out because it was disgusting, i wish i took a photo, i immediately deleted the app on my phone, 2 minutes away is jersey mikes which i never have a problem so thats...

I'm sorry but I've never been rude or disrespectful to any food employees or any workers. I ordered my food online and didn't realize there was a drive through, so when I got there I went through the drive through to go ahead and pay for the food. And one worker complained that I had just ordered my food and then another worker started telling us we weren't the only people there over and over, just interrupting me because we had ordered online. I was just trying to pay and I understood there would be a wait so I started asking where to park to wait for the food and the worker was being so rude to me and I said "I'm sorry if I'm coming across as rude I'm just trying to ask a question." And then she said "Well you are being rude and there's another cousin subs down the street (there's not) have a good night" in a really sarcastic voice. I said I'm sorry things are so difficult for you today (she was probably having a hard day) and she said "yeah well I'm sorry you make my job so difficult." I'm sorry if I sound like a Karen but this has never happened to me and I've never had a drive through worker be so disrespectful to me before. Like it was uncalled for :/ I work in the food business myself and I would NEVER act like that. I love cousin subs and I've been to this one plenty of times, but this...

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a couple sides from Cousin's Subs tonight. 1 of which was a turkey/ bacon w/cheddar. Pulled out of drive thru and realized I'm missing a side. Get out, walk in while reading the receipt, the side I didn't get isn't on the reciept, I never paid for it, that's why I didn't get it, but....what's this a chicken sandwich...I never ordered chicken. "Hi,Yeah. I ordered turkey not chicken." The lady turns to dude who filled my order, "she says she ordered turkey not chicken" He takes receipt, says " yeah right chicken! I did give her chicken! What's the problem?" "She wanted turkey." "Yeah right! That's what it is! Chicken! It's the same right?" This poor woman don't know what to say to him. All I can say is no, it's not the same, this is chicken, not turkey,I ordered turkey, not chicken, they are different animals hence the different names. Me and that man's coworkers all stood there blinking in disbelief at him for a solid 10 seconds. I got some extra sides...
