I don’t know, but this subway in cal city has really gone done hill. The girl making my order has no care in the world, when it comes to customer service. She was so slow and kept interrupting the process with random things that they weren’t prepared for I guess. I mean, I understand, it happens, I was being very patient and kept a smile on my face. Trying not to seem bothered. But everything she did, she took her sweet time. Never apologized, never said anything to at least act like my waiting was a concern for her. Clearly it wasn’t. It goes to show how customer service isn’t subways thing! And another thing I’d like to point out… Where’s the diversity in their employees? In the last couple years I notice only one race employed at this location. I’m not racist or anything but I thought it was a mandatory job policy at any business….
Maybe that’s where the problem is in the service we’ve been experiencing here. Let’s get it together subway!!! At least check your workers attitudes. And get them to move like they care about keeping everyone waiting so long for a Sandwich. I was the only customer there and a man who came in after me. I was there probably a good 15 minutes. I order two sandwiches. It shouldn’t take that long; unless there’s a line out the door.
I guess if the owner doesn’t care why should anyone care? I wonder if their sales gone down in recent years??? I’d assume so...
Read moreAbsolutely awesome customer service skills. I called ahead to ask about a salad and was told everything I needed to know! I was greeted when I came in and realized they were pretty low on bread. They helped make sure I was still able to get the food I needed and even offered a suggestion or two of what to try in the future! Huge shout out to Jalon. He was the person who helped me get through my complicated order. He was extremely professional and helped me every step of the way. He was able to remember all the veggies we needed on my sandwiches and deal with five subs and a salad. He at no point let the big order frustrate him and he handled everything like a boss. If you get the chance to be helped by this man, don't forget to write a review for the incredible experience you're sure to have!! Kudos to you man, keep up the good work...
Read more2/28/20 @ about 5:50 we got really bad service(I put the date & time b/c those employees were the worst). We waited for the other customs(was not bothered by that). When it was our turn, they FINALLY did an order from a Customer that ordered online & the receipt was there the whole time we were there. Then the other employee asks the people from BEHIND us their order, so we waited a while longer. After a few minutes we said “who’s helping us?” & the employees started talking to each other but NEVER did our order.They also were dropping many things on the floor & on other foods, even hair.
