Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in California

I came in at 3pm-ish to order and there was only 1 employee working. This is during peak hours. Can you believe that? Anyways, I couldn’t get my order because the poor worker had to fulfill a big order of over 10+ items. The worker told me it’s going to take a while (meanwhile I can see her hustling her tail off alone). Obviously, I’m not going to wait 20+ minutes for an ice cream. So I left.

But these ice creams shops have to stop getting away with this. And as customers we need to stop tipping these iPad places first off, and start getting these kinds of places out of business. Either hire more worker or pay them more. Because obviously either people don’t want to work or shops think they can get away with just 1 worker.

Imagine you’re the worker. I’d never in my life work that kind of job, especially for min wage. The only worker to take orders, clean bathrooms, serve people, clean tables, etc. A big millionaire company like this can only hire 1 employee during peak hours and cannot serve 1 customer with absolutely no line? There wasn’t even 1 car in the parking lot lol.

I was so disappointed I couldn’t even get an ice cream on a hot summer day in Sac. Poor worker. Terrible management....

I will not be coming here again.

My scoops were not complete rolls - the middle of my scoops were hollow.

I was charged .99 cents for sprinkles, and it was about half of the spoon that they use to dish the sprinkles. -_-

I was charged a dollar for whipped cream that you can see by the picture was about the size of a quarter. As the girl handed me my ice cream, I looked at the whipped cream and questioned the amount given vs the amount charged and she replied that is what they are told to give for a dollar and that they cant control how much their boss makes them give or charge. She then followed it up with stating that they are told that they are the highest charging Baskin Robbins around.

I go to Baskin Robbins often and have tried many locations. This was the first time I felt like I wasted my money and did not get my money's worth.
