Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in California

I used to really enjoy coming here often and frequently. A year ago I had a lot of positive experiences here and i was a regular. But the teams changed and new people were hired. &eventually I realized if I need quick service this is the NOT the right dutchbros to go to. Current team is not it. They not only don’t make drinks fast, they ignore you at the window. Serve others who come after you did. They charge you more than other locations. They make your drink wrong, use the wrong milk when you paid extra for oat. They will charge you extra for a soft top when you said no soft top. They’ll give you a medium drink when you ordered and paid for a large. Make drinks hot when you asked for it warm and give you attitude if you ask them to remake a drink they made incorrectly. I even had one day she remade it with zero syrup or flavor for a carmelizer. If I need anything I go to other locations. I won’t ever return I gave this location sooo many chances and I legitimately treat all baristas kind but it’s not mean to ask you to make a drink correctly or quickly. It’s a coffee place, the Dutch bros in Arden and Natomas all do a far faster and better job on every issue mentioned above. And to top it off those other locations actually have baristas who are nice and friendly like Dutchbros in Oregon are. Go to Arden or Natomas they’ll treat you so...

Bias incoming: I used to work at Dutch Bros. for a few years in my past life, so I understand the nuances of their drinks a little more than most. Having said that, I think their coffee is 5/5 but, whenever I come here, my drink is occasionally made incorrectly. I'd say about one out of every three or four visits they usually do something like forget to add flavoring, add the wrong flavor, or don't rinse their measuring scoop off enough so I taste the last flavor in it. I'm particularly grossed out by any mint flavor (calm down, I know) and sometimes I can taste residual mint from the scoop not being rinsed enough (they used to call it a scoop back then, not sure now). My daughter kidnapped me once again and had me try another drink at this new dutch bros location. This time we got iced chai breve drinks. Very tasty & smooth. My daughter and I aren't big coffee drinkers but, her latest obsession is Dutch Bros drinks. Not only did she kidnap me exclaiming this was her treat for today & it was so important that she treat herself because she deserves it! She also had a pretty hectic, stressful, chaotic day earlier.
