The good: excellent food and large portions. The seating arrangement and atmosphere was also decent given the location at the inner elbow of a strip mall.

To be desired: I waited in line, in back of a couple, and both parties were seen yet went unacknowledged for 12-15 minutes. No "hi" or "welcome in." I've never experienced this before, have you? To add to this frustration, the couple in front of me wasn't even ready to order after waiting 12 minutes, which is odd because they had been staring at the menu the entire time.

After finally ordering a steak fajita and steak burrito, I watched a gentleman notify staff that a customer was waiting in line and ready to order. The customer would have likely waited much longer to be acknowledged since the cashier indeed noticed her standing in line.

To prospective customers: the food is outstanding but be prepared to wait and go unacknowledged for an inordinate amount of time. I recommend ordering online. Also, the food had unannounced spiciness which prevented my girlfriend from finishing her order. I like spicy food yet I concur that staff should inform customers.
