We were there for our sonās End of Season League pizza party. We got the team their own pizzas and each family ordered theyāre own personal orders. Food took forever, considering the restaurant was nowhere near busy. My huge reasons for righting this is, Our outside temperature today was 105 degrees, no AC inside, if there was, we didnāt feel it. We were all sweating. Our family ordered over $60 worth of food. In that order had one 16 ounce beer. The manager fulfilled the beer order, after she filled a cup without looking at me walked down right past me and the cashier that took my money said Iām sorry sheās bringing it to you down there, when I went to get it from her not only did she not look me in the eyes or smile or say anything, I am the one that said thank you, she quickly turned around and walked away with no words. Part of my $60 order was a single salad for nine dollars before tax, it never came. After our Little League party concluded every family left, while I was still waiting for my salad I had been over an hour, I went to the front and told them Iām missing my salad, they quickly brought it out to me and it was prepackaged. Never once did I tell them anything I ordered was to go. Horrible customer service and horrible ambience. The NBA playoffs are going on and we wanted to continue watching it in a comfortable environment with air-conditioning so we left and came to another pizza parlor that was four minutes away, Caps. We are much happier with more food selection, Air conditioning, free games on their pool table, an arcade, and far better customer service. Itās literally four minutes away....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered online for curbside pickup. Got the text my pizza was ready at 4:44, I called the curbside # at 4:51. A male answered the phone I told him my name he asked if I wanted cheese & peppers and that heāll bring it out when itās ready. Umm YOU guys marked it ready 6min ago but ok. Waited another 6-10 min still nobody coming out, so my kid is sleep I park in handicap to watch her from the door and the girl behind the counter just grabs my pizza out the Warmer, so I tell her I called and told one of the boys I was here, he said it wasnāt ready (but it was). she also doesnāt care but goes to the back and gets my soda, as Iām waiting one of the boys in the kitchen is talking loudly to his co-worker sarcastically says āohh is there a customer waiting for curbside?!? TOO BAD!!ā In my head Iām like I hope heās not talking about me, either way no one asked him to come into work to be a d!ck. And if your employees donāt like to do curbside donāt make it an option, I personally like it because again taking the baby out for less than 2 min is a struggle. But round tables employees dgaf. I didnāt see 1 adult behind the counter all kids. All this for a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUntrained unprofessional staff! I called to make an order for something I've ordered several times and IT'S clearly on the website and menu, and the rude young lady told me they don't have it. Round table has offered the triple play pepperoni pizza for as long as I can remember. It's always an incompetent worker who has 0 customer service skills and should've stayed in school to learn basic skills to work a job. She had the audacity to portray herself as the manager, which she wasn't. Being the customer, I'm right, the menu is also right, so therefore there shouldn't be a argument regarding my order. People like that are better off staying home instead of working for the public. Learn your job or give it to someone else who is willing to represent their company in a professional & courteous manner. I'll take my...
