This place to start is an absolute cash grabbing business. The tomato sauces on the sides are not even all Heinz they use some cheap versions instead, not to mention the stickiness on the bottle of ketchup. The staff are pretty rude, the staff you engage with are pretty rude anyway. Not a nice tone of voice and ignorant. Another thing wrong with this place is the fact you cannot choose a full breakfast with sausage and bacon, for $20 btw, they make you choose between sausage or bacon🤣🤣🤣this place is a real joke. I guess if your loaded and don’t care what you eat you just want something slightly appetising, then go ahead go and spend $25 for a breakfast sandwich that you have to choose between avocado and cheese or bacon and sausage. It makes no sense 🤣🤣 As a regular food lover that has been to Michelin star restaurants, I can safely say this place is wildly overprice and not worth the hassle. They also take 40-45 minutes to deliver your food and not only does it come luke warm it comes with hard bread on a breakfast sandwich. Overall I would have to advise people to find anywhere else in the airport of San Francisco to have breakfast😊 Amy’s drive through is outstanding for the value and offers a wider range of item including a lot of vegan options. Proper food opposite this ‘pub’ offers lots of option for a fraction of the price . However it just depends if you want warm food or not. Please avoid this place at all costs....

We decided to stop in for a meal before our flight. We were seated promptly but this was the first and only thing that was good about our experience. After seated, we ordered drinks first. Waiter came back with drinks in approximately 10 minutes, but we didn’t pay close attention as we were having conversations. We ordered Bourbon Burgers, Steak Burger, Beer Battered Fish, and Beef Chili. We noticed a couple being seated at a table next to us approximately 15 minutes after we placed our meal order. The couple placed their order approximately 10 minutes after being seated. Their meals arrived to them BEFORE ours. We had to get up from our table to ask the status of our meals as we do not want to rush to our gate. It took another 10 minutes before our meals finally came out to us. After waiting that long for our food, the Beef Chili was missing Corn Bread, as described on the menu. It took another 10+ minutes for that to come out. Absolutely ridiculous! To spend money for food and then having to track down the food and not being able to fully enjoy the meals and entire experience is utterly ludicrous. Extremely unprofessional. We will not spend anymore money at this place anytime in the near and distant futures while in SFO. There are too many options to enjoy spending our monies without stress and...

Caught a bite here before a redeye going back east. I knew I had plenty of time, but wanted somewhere close to the gate that I could sit down, open my computer, and get some work done with a drink, and some food. As a vegetarian, the options here were extremely limited. The initial service was great, however, in order to get anybody to come back to my table, I had to make eye contact and give them a hand signal, which was slightly annoying, as I was trying to focus on work. I got a macaroni and cheese dish, with crumbles on top, which wasn’t bad at all, especially for airport food. I would have it again. But it was one of the only vegetarian options available, and I really wasn’t looking to carb load.

Atmosphere was very comfortable, just like in any airport. Folks coming and going, everybody minding their own business, yet we were all existing. I fly out of this terminal often, and as this is the most convenient place to eat, I wish they had other options so I could try something else.
