At the intersection of determined hard work , and an impeccable hospitality spirit, all on top of perfect food you will find the family behind Brown Butter. These days I am just not motivated any longer to write reviews, what can you say, that you have not said before. This is truly a casual spot serving ordinary food, however, they have elevated ordinary food into a category of extraordinary. Avocado Toast, really, yes, the best Avocado Toast in my life, full of exploding flavor and presented with an aesthetic beauty that only a person who loves and has mastered their craft can deliver, truly outstanding. Shibuya Toast, honestly in Danville. For those that know what I am talking about and those that search it out, it is, "not too sweet" , literally perfect. Five Stars, well this family deserves Three Stars...

Give some love to Blackhawk plaza! Brown Butter is a quaint Asian fusion brunch spot owned by a young Thai couple. We came right when they opened on a Sunday and were seated immediately. We ordered the albacore tuna crepe, Thai street style crepe, mushroom crepe, Shibuya toast, and Thai iced coffee. The food was yummy and the coffee was bold. Could we have made the items at home? Sure. But it's not about that. It's not every day that you find a cute brunch spot with incredibly friendly staff, beautiful interior and exterior decor, and just great vibes. Highly recommend this place and support small business. Don't forget to visit the ducks and geese...

I cannot praise this place enough. I came here on a hot summer day with my niece and the staff made sure all of their dine in patrons were comfortable by adjusting the fans to their preferences.

There was a couple celebrating a birthday so the staff placed a candle on her dessert and sang Happy Birthday to her. That was incredibly sweet of them to do!

As soon as the honey toast arrived at our table, my niece could not stop eating it. She loved it so much that she forwent her utensils and stuck her face onto the plate.

It is truly a delight every time...
