Burgerim Gourmet Burgers — Restaurant in California

I ordered two burgers and fries to go which came out close to $30. It was empty in there when I arrived, not very welcoming but not offputting either. I left a $5 tip for my to go order and before leaving I asked for some ranch... boy did the attitude escalate fast. The couple there were very adament that I had to pay for it. At the time I didn't even care I just wanted ranch but the attitude really made me want to flip the switch on em. Anyway, I swiped my card again and paid over a dollar for ranch when I already left a $5 tip on my to go order!! And that was for overpriced burgers that weren't anything special. I can get better burgers for cheaper all around here and not get treated like a cheapskate when I literally wasn't. Good luck staying in business treating customers like that. I haven't gone back and won't be back. It's been a few months and I always wonder when I'll see it going out...

This restaurant comes highly requested by the kids in my family! Easily to order with the options of customizing everyone’s burgers to their likings. My favorite is the Cowboy burger with bacon, cheddar cheese, onion ring & bbq sauce. The caliente burger is full of flavor with a kick. The meat patty is made of beef & chorizo also made front scratch with jalepenos toppings & pepper jack!. The onion rings & chicken tenders are made from scratch too which are DELICIOUS!! The also have vegan options too with impossible patties or falafel. You can also upgrade the buns to gluten free or keto. The restaurant is very clean and well kept, the staff is super sweet & friendly. Unfortunately, they are very understaffed and the orders may take a little longer which is understandable. So please be kind to them. Come support this family owned & operated...

Stopped in with my girlfriend for a quick burger and fries. I had been waiting since the sign first went up to try it out a today was finally the day. The menu items are a little strange but the employees were more than helpful with assisting us in ordering. We only waited 5-10 mins for our food and when was ready they brought it out us. The burgers were great and it was quite cheesy!! The fries were a little strange as there in the shape of chips. In my opinion they could have been fried longer but I still thought they were good. The only thing I thought was a little weird was the amount of employees there. There was probably 4-6 employees in the front with only 1 register open and 1 person assisting customers. All in all I think it's a great place for a quick bite to eat. I look forward to eating...
