Frith & Bradshaw Jewelers — Local services in Rancho Cordova

Cannot recommend them. I went in with two Invicta watches the needed batteries. One of them I had for over 8 years and the other one for about 18 months. The one that I had for only 18 months was dead as a new battery would not get it running. To be honest I got it online on an "outlet" site so is COULD be a questionable site But I have purchased two other Invicta watches there and they are still running. The second watch ran fine for a few days and then it stopped - started up and then died. The gentleman had asked if I had tried to take off the back and I had when the battery died the first time (6 years ago). I could not get the back off to I took it to a professional to have a battery put in. The last two times I had needed a battery I brought it here. When he had asked I just assumed he saw the scuffs on the back. He said that there was a lot of dirt in it but cleaned it out. He had been the last one to get into the watch so if anything was not properly tightened down then that would be on him. The problem I have is that I HAD two working watches and now neither one is running. What are the odds of both watches breaking at the same time --- Just questioning this. They are really nice people but I am questing their ability. To be fair, they have put in about a dozen batteries in various watches over the years...

Update 04DEC2024: I had a custom necklace made from stone up and am just amazed at the jewelers ability to satisfy a picture does not do this piece justice, but worth a shot to post. I highly recommend stopping by to: consign, purchase, and dream about jewelry.😍

Update 01MAR2024: I have been back several times since and am very grateful for the wide variety and willingness to find solutions to my inquiries. Their consignment and previously loved items are all simply wonderful, offering unique styles and great additions to collections. I have also had the pleasure to work with their custom creations, which are on point with functional items that look amazing and even better than I could have thought of on my own. Furthermore, I have worked with jewelry repair for items purchased at other places, and his vast experience is very helpful in offering true solutions that work.

I would say if you have something you really want to give to someone you love (or treat yourself); this place should, at the very least, be in the list of places you visit.

Frith a Bradshaw is the gem of Carmichael. Literally. The jewelry selection is varied and exquisite. The quality and aesthetic appeal of the engagement and wedding rings are second to none in the Sacramento and Roseville area. Additionally, the prices are quite fair and reasonable. However, the quality is never compromised.

I personally own a few pieces of jewelry from F&B. These pieces include: a charm bracelet, a watch with diamond accents, and a birthstone pendant necklace with celtic knot designs. All three pieces have withstood the test of time, wear, and tear. When my watch battery died, they replaced it and cleaned the watch no problem.

Aside from the impressive inventory of jewelry, this is a store with a lot of heart. When visiting F&B, there is a definite feeling of community and conviviality amongst the owner and staffers. The warm family vibe makes Frith and Bradshaw a relaxing and inviting place to shop, without ever compromising professionality.
