The food is really good here. I’ve ordered from here at least 4, maybe 5 times. The customer service is lacking though. We normally place our orders online and then pick up for so we can eat at home. Normally we don’t have any issues but the most recent time they screwed up our order. We ordered a regular chicken teriyaki plate, a chicken udon soup, and a child’s chicken teriyaki. When I arrived to pick up the order the “cashier” a tall, heavy set white male made eye contact with me but did not greet me or acknowledge me, he just looked at his computer screen pretending he was busy. The person that was serving food came behind the counter and asked me if I needed help and I said yes, I have a pick up order. He hands me my food and I leave. I check the order in the car and they forgot to give me the regular chicken teriyaki plate. I go back inside and tell them the error and at first they argue with me saying they included everything. I show them the receipt and then they finally acknowledge they made a mistake and give me the chicken teriyaki plate. Like I said earlier, the food is good and I’ve been here quite a few times. The staff they have working the front needs some customer service...
Read moreThis place was an Abomination!! The barely observant host should've stopped me, but I proceeded because I was with 3 other people who really wanted to check it out. There had to have been only one cook because our plates came out one at a time. The BBQ Albacore appetizer was small ( for a RIDICULOUS $17.50 ). 5 small bites of severely overcooked Tuna with a little bit of sauce. Got the Kings roll as well!! Was supposed to be Shrimp Tempura in the middle, but parts of my roll were hollow. My friend got the Beef noodles and she they were SO SALTY, it was burning her tastebuds.. Overall, We paid over $120 for a pretty gross experience. 😡 Not to mention, the place had a displeasing odor when we walked in.. I...

Quality of fish, presentation, balance between fish and rice... they are all borderline fail. (I'd be okay if that was what I got at an AYCE restaurant, but not when I'm ordering a la carte.) The atmosphere seemed nice, clean and quiet. If I worked nearby, I wouldn't mind stopping by...
