Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in California

My husband and I stopped in here on our travels today this afternoon for a quick bite to eat and some of the ladies that work here are rude my husband asked the cashier for the $5 quac burger that’s being promoted everywhere at the moment and she goes what a guac burger what is that my husbands tell her the $5 guacamole burger and shows his Carl’s Jr app to her and she once again says yea I don’t know what that it is and like smirks so I go it’s the single guac burger that’s being advertised so finally she gets it right like that was really uncalled for how do you work somewhere and not know what’s being advertised and what not well then the manager in the blue shirt walks in attitude changes for the better so we’re like whatever and eat our food so after we’re done we need to use the restroom so my husband goes to the register and asks for a coin to get in restroom so a worker lady was walking out of cashier area he asks her about she just goes yea you’re going to have to ask someone in the front I’m on break but says it rude I was like what the heck is going in here today so the other lady that was rude 1st comes out and helps us well as my husband is waiting for me the lady that’s on break decides to get up and clean tables but she was on break and couldn’t help us? Yea service sucked in here today I understand a place of this establishment can get busy but it wasn’t busy inside or drive thru so the rudeness and attitudes was really uncalled for. I should have stopped and spoke the manager but I didn’t see him as I was leaving I think this place is just understaffed but it made to never want to return to this...

0 stars if I could! Never going back to the Carl’s Jr on main Manteca! The lady gave us 4 ketchup packets mind you we had ordered plenty of food that needed more ketchup. I went up to ask because my husband said she was rude to him for asking for more ketchup. So, I went up and asked for more and guess what she was rude to me too! She said she couldn’t give me anymore and I asked why? Because we didn’t need it that she already gave my husband a few packages she ended up giving me 4 more packages of ketchup. So we only had 7 packages for all of our food. Which it doesn’t matter the ketchup is always a thing that’s given out without any hassle. My main thing is that she was rude about it. Her attitude was ridiculous. Over ketchup! I would have just said sure here ya go…. No big deal! Stop being rude to...

Workers give proportions of condiments as if they charge them for each ketchup. You have to ask for ketchup, workers don't offer anything. Bathrooms are 25 cents to get in (can't wash your hands) and sauces are 25 cents even after spending $13 on a meal. I asked for more ketchup so that's probably why she asked for 25 cents. It's understandable that employees don't want to be there but giving bad looks to customers sitting down is definitely not the way to keep people coming in. No wonder it's dead over here inside and in drive thru. Going to think twice about coming here, might as well go to the new 7 eleven across the street, probably friendly...
