Chit Chat Cafe — Restaurant in California

Always wanted to come by and try this place and I'm so glad I went on a Saturday for crepe day! Also surprised how busy it was, line to the door for the hour we were there! Service was quick to get the food and drinks out but people just kept coming for the crepes and delicious breakfast pizza.

Staff was very friendly, what you expect from a family own cafe with warm smiles and a friendly greeting when you walk in. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy.

I ordered the Spinach, mushrooms, and cheese crepe and wow was it delicious! Topped with feta cheese and olive oil it was the perfect serving size that leaves you just about full at the end. I also ordered the very delicious lavender vanilla latte and a lavender honey scone on the side to compliment the drink and they were just equally delicious like everything else I've ordered here.

I definitely will try to come here more often to try their other drinks and food. I will also be more prepared...

SUCH a great experience! i had ordered the toasted marshmallow iced coffee.. i tried it, and it wasn’t exactly my preferred flavor. i think i had made a face but i’m too shy to say anything to workers. the barista must have noticed my face and came straight to me to ask if i wanted a different flavor without making me feel badly about it. she asked specifics on what kind of coffee i typically prefer and we agreed on vanilla iced coffee. she made it for me in literally under 3 minutes and it was EXACTLY the flavor i was hoping for! i drove here from turlock (~40 minutes away) because of how cute the place looked on google. soooo cute in person too & definitely will be driving out here again just...

There is not enough space to write why this place is so amazing! From the special care they put into weekly themes and delicious treats to always making you feel like you are home when you come in! This is the type of place Manteca has needed to help bring back the core values of small town community!
