I’m constantly having issues here. Wether my fries are barely cooked, or my order is completely messed up an I have to park an go back inside. Let’s start with the sides, I love the fries an poppers. What I don’t like is when my fries are “cooked” (warm but inside still needs more time) an barely have salt on them. Drinks, hit or miss on coke. Poppers are amazing! Only the manager only orders 1 box of house dressing (BEST SAUCE FOR POPPERS) an barely gives any when you ask. I’ve gotten sick from the spicy chickens before here, an the burgers can potentially be given not served fresh. My biggest issue is coming in to the store today an there being an online only item the 4.20 for (small fries, poppers an onion rings deal) well I literally had to show my bank statement an the fact they actually charged me for the item an they had to call the owner to get approval….. I showed you my bank statement why do you need to call the owner. I’ve never had problems with the worker KAT she’s absolutely fantastic and always helps me but this manager who’s smaller an is always there it seems like is very rude an has no customer service at all. Thankfully they gave me the stuff (barely cooked besides the poppers) but had the owner said no I would have been charged 4.20 for items I didn’t receive. Also if you use a discount or anything to not pay full price I’ve never had fresh food or hot food (even when I’m alone!) doing so. I am rating this place a 1 star not because of the service (which was excellent) but because of the management. I come here fairly often in the morning before I go to work and they always have full staff. But when I come in the evening they are so understaffed and overworked it’s embarrassing. I was in for lunch today and I watched the shift leader running back and forth trying to keep food moving. He was talking to his crew and keeping them focused even though every single one of them was talking about walking out. Because he was working so hard and fast I watched him go to the fryer area he picked something up and burned his wrist bad enough that I could hear him yell from the pain. He went into the back and came out 2 minutes later with his wrist wrapped up, and continued making food. I talked to him after and got a job application. He told me they don’t have a manager at the moment and he was in charge of the store.

What I don’t understand is how you can have a leader like Ethan and not give him the manager position. Whoever is making the schedule is absolutely screwing Ethan and the other shift leader at night because they are ALWAYS overworked and super busy but early morning they always have a lot of staff.

Ethan is a trooper for you guys and you don’t appreciate him or his night crew at all and it’s disgraceful.

I won’t be coming back for a while. I won’t give my money to a company that abuses its hardest workers like this...

The past three or four times I have come, there are always items missing from my order. The first time I had to return to the drive thru window three times to get all of my food. I was still missing one side when I got home. I called and was told to come back and get my food. This diminishes the experience as the rest of the food is cold by the time I am finally able to enjoy my meal. Because of that, I feel I cannot comment on the quality of the food either. Im pretty sure it's not meant to be consumed as much later as I have had to be consuming it as of late.

Today, I asked if everything was inside the bag and was told it was. I got home and I am missing an entire combo. Their phone line is busy and I have no idea how the drive thru line will look when I get there.

Top this with its famously inconsistent hours of operation and I don't even know why I bother continuing to visit this location anymore. No matter how much time I allow to pass, I am always disappointed.

Update: I just got home from returning. The employee who brought me the food was extremely rude. And I just pulled the wrong sandwich from the bag. My family member is just going to eat it so I don't have to go back...
